Earthwork in excavation for roads as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto a lead of 50 m, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material as per Technical Specification 305 MORD / 304 MORTH (Mechanical)

Construction of granular sub-base by providing Well graded material for Grading III mixing in a Mechanical Mix Plant at OMC carriage mixed material to work site spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with 80-100 kN Vibratory Roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification of MORTH.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug) Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-base/base course on a well prepared sub-base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 to 100kN/Vibratory Roller 80-100 kN weight to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricading and maintenance of diversion, etc as per Tables 400.11 & 400.12 and Technical Specification Clause 406 MORD / MORTH.

Carting away the surplus excavated earth from the work site with a lead of 2.00 Km beyond initial lead including loading, unloading and conveyance but exclding stacking charges etc.,

Supply and placing of Poly sheet (Seperation membrance of impermeable sheeting) 125Micron thick under cc pavements slab including cost and conveyance etc., complete including over head and contractors profit etc., complete

Vibrated cement concrete M 30 grade design mix using 20mm & 10mm HBG crushed stone aggregate (Coarse aggregate conforming to table 1000-1 and fine aggregate conforming to table 1000-2) including cost, ting, curing etc., including all other incidental and operational charges of all T&P etc., complete for finished item of work as per MoRT&H specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge for C.C Pavement.

Supply of 25 mm thick high performance, expansion joint filler board ( SILFLEXCAPELL HD-100 or equivalent make), placing the same 25 mm below top of pavement slab, sealing with bituminous hot sealing compund (Grade 'A' ISI)/ polysulphide at 50 m interval in CC pavement including cost and conveyace of all materials and labour charges for placing in position for expansion joints conforming to MORTH specification . -1 Rmt of joint length I) 150 mm thick slab

Supply of Bitumenious hot sealing compound (Grade 'A' ISI) / polysulphide and sealing the joints including cost and conveyance of all material etc., including labour charges for placing in position for contraction joints at-4.50 M interval / for expansion joints/ for longitudinal joints as per MORTH specification No. 602
