Box cutting the road surface to proper slope and camber for making a

base for road work including ramming the excavated stuff and despositing 418.90 171.70 Cumt

on the road side slope as directed up to 2 Km. lead.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing coarse graded machine

crushed B.T. material satisfying MOST specification of grading I (B.T.

stone aggregate 53 mm to 26.5 mm 35 %, 26.5 to 4.75 mm - 45 % and

2.36 mm below - 20 % )including spreading in uniform layer with motor 125.70 644.38 Cumt

grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator

at OMC and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1- Cement :2 Coarse sand : 4-

graded stone aggregates 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete 125.70 3741.68 Cumt

excluding cost of formwork in (A) Foundation and Plinth

Providing TMT Bar FE 500/500D reinforcement for R.C.C. work including

bending, binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level (up 4137.70 77.28 Kg

Construction of un-reinforced, expansion and construction joint only, plain

cement concrete Pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub

base, with 53 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M-

30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to 15:383, maximum

size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm. mixed in a concrete mixer

of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using

approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel,

laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates 167.60 6036.77 Cumt

including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete

with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators

and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and

expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant,

using curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and

grade as per drawing and Technical Specification.

Scarifying gravelled macadam or bitumen macadam surface 6 cm to

cm.depth including stacking useful materials on road side and disposing 13935.40 42.76 Sqmt

off remaining stuff.

Preparing surface by Brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud

etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with 13935.40 18.38 Sqmt

gunney bags to remove all loose dirt etc.(ii) Black top surface.

Providing and applying evenly Tack coat with bitumen mechanical sprayer

using bitumens Emulsion Grade RS1 at the rate of 5.00 Kg/10 sqmt 13935.40 37.37 Sqmt

including heating the bitumen etc.complete.

Providing and laying 50 mm thick compacted B.M. with B.T. stone

aggregate as per MORT&H specification and asphalt 60/70 (VG-30) for

tack coat at 5.00 Kg/10sq.mt with mechanical sprayer and bitumen grade

60/70 (VG-30) for mixing at 3.3% of of total mix by including heating the

aggregate and asphalt by Batch Mix Type Hot Mix Plant and spreading

same hy hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to required grade, 1532.90 3755.18 M.T.

level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem

rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORT&H specification for

Gradation of 40 mm Nominal Size complete incicluding providing all

materials, equipment, tools and plants, oil, kerosene. firewoods and labor

Providing and laying slurry seal consisting of a mixture of fine aggregates,

portland cement filler, bituminous emulsion and water on a road surface

including cleaning of surface, mixing of slurry seal in a suitable mobile 13935.40 58.58 Sqmt

plant, laying and compacting to provide even riding surface. (Thickness of

2-3 thickness Type-I)
