Lifting/lowering of 11 Numbers of Godbole Gates after getting Water level down of Ogee level. By assembling of Hydraulic cylinder and connecting with Hand pumps by using manpower. Pre/Post monsoon activity. (Excluding GST)

Lifting/lowering of 12 Numbers of Sluice Gates after Pre and Post monsoon activity & cleaning of air valve. By assembling of connecting with motor by using manpower. (Excluding GST)

Attending at the time of Pre/Post monsoon Inspections carried by Inspection Unit from Dapodi Pune of WRD Mechanical wing Trial of gates and showing all parts and Gates structures to inspecting team. ( Excluding GST)

Carrying out minor repair works as and when required to avoid damages to the important parts and smooth function of the Gates, while in overflown gates during monsoon period and attending the regular and emergency operations of Gates during monsoon or as and when required. Job complete with materials of refitting missing Nut bolts, lower linkage axel ss pin 150 mm , nylon rope and safety precaution materials and labour charges. ( Excluding GST)

SLUICE GATES GATES-12 NOS & AIR VALVE - 20 Nos Periodical quarterly maintenance & cleaning during the year, by Applying M.P. grease on threaded portion of stemrods. Overhaul and servicing of Hoist assemblis with materials and labour charges. ( Excluding GST)

SLUICE GATES GATES-12 NO. pre/post monsoon maintenance during the year, by Checking Hoist foundation Nut bolts. Refitting missing Nut bolts. Checking Stem brackets and Nut bolts etc. Job complete with materials and labour charges. ( Excluding GST)

Removal of entangled and floating debris & cleaning of the Gates Adjusting in proper position damaged or misaligned Side and Bottom Rubber seals Hydraulic pump foundations, Maintenance of low and high level friction dampers by cleaning & readjusting friction shoe and disc springs hydraulic connection hoses with adopter etc. Replacing missing Nut bolts of both low and high level friction dampers, in monsoon season. ( Excluding GST)

Inspection of Hydraulic pumps, and double acting jacks for Oil levels and top up or replacement of Hydraulic Oil, Pressure hoses and piston seals O rings etc. of the jacks and replacing of the same. Overhaul and servicing of the Hydraulic Pumps and Cylinders for smooth functioning. ( Excluding GST)

Maintenace to Ele Motors, Reduction Gear Boxes and EMB. Replacing of wornout fan belts, providing adjuster for fan belts, topping up Gear oil, Replacing coupling bushes and coupling bolts and Nuts. Replacing magnet coils of sluice gates whenever required. Adjusting loosened Stem rods with threaded adapters by chain tong etc. complete.( Excluding GST)
