REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT OF SUBMERSIBLE PUMP SET AND OTHER ALLIED WORKS AT RAIWALA UNDER AGE(I) RAIWALA

Lifting of submerssible pump set of any cap from borewell carefully with column pipe of size upto 150 mm dia flanged/socketed GI, 3 mtr each (upto 17 lengths) along with existing submersible electric cable and shifting the pipe aside for reuse as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Opening of 100 HP, 1400LPM, 120 mtr headsubmersible pump from the motor, transporting to workshop, dismantling of set, tracing out the defects, and taking out the u/s parts from the pump set, metling, grinding to bring the set in its original position, replacement of neck ring, key set, brass bushes, adjustment nut, thrust plate, coupling bushes, GM ball bush, katcher key set etc, assembling the pump set and testing complete.

Repair to 100 HP submersible motor, 440 volts 3 phase as per the following specification and capacity.

(a) Opening of submersible motor and cutting to burnt winding and cleaning to slots by cleaning re-agent and repair to damage stator slots.

(b) Rewinding to submersible motor with suitable size of PVC insulated copper winding wire of suitable size of insulating materials all as specified and directed.

(c) Replacement of thrust bearing - 01 No

(d) Replacement of bushes of rotor - 02 Nos

(e) After repairing of motor re-assembling, transporting to P/H, refixing on the same base and testing complete.

Lowering of submerssible pump set of any cap into the borewell carefully with coloumn pipe of size upto 150 mm dia flanged/socketed MS/GI, 3 mtr each length ( 12 to 17 Nos of pipe) along with existing submerssible electric cable binding with GI/AI wire including making joint to submerssible cable all as directed by Engr-in-charge. NOTE :- Rubber gasket, jointing material, nut, bolt, washers shalls be included in in the quoted rate.

Repair & overhauling of fully autimatic ATS starter of 100/150 HP of capacity 3 phase 415 volts including rewinding with super enameled copper wire of peoper guage, varnishing, tapping, insulation glass sleeves etc all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge. Note : Spares will be measured and paid separately

Supply and repair fully automatic starter of 100/150 HP with replacement of following items complete all as specified and directed.

(a) Fixed power copper contacts suitable 100/150 HP star delta starter (Set of 9)

(b) Moving power contacts suitable for 100 HP/150 star delta starter (Set of 9)

(c) Overload relay suitable for 100/150 HP

(d) Timer switch for 100/150 HP

(e) No volt coil for 100/150 HP

Supply only in replacement mild steel cold ERW column pipe 10 feet long, 7.20 mm wall thick and 150 mm bore both end flanged end with all fittings suitable for borewell complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make -Swastik/ Jindal/ Tata..

Supply and fixing in replacement of submersible flat copper cable multistranded 3 core of size 50 sqmm with voltage grade 1100 V complete including connecting and testing complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge. Make polycab , havells, finolex.

S&F MCCB 4 pole 415 volts, Adjustable type, under protection range 400 Amps, 415 volts of rupturing capacity 50 KA all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge

S&F MCCB 3 pole 415 volts, Adjustable type, under protection range 250 Amps, 415 volts of rupturing capacity 35 KA all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge

Servicing / Repairing of automatic power factor control panel unit 55 to 90 kVAr capacities by replacement of unserviceable / defective / burnt out wiring with appropriate and existing size copper flexible cable including all fixing arrangement and connections complete with spray painting of panel and replacement/repair/welding of door and door hinges etcall as specified and as directed. Note : (i) Cost of dressing of cables etc. including provision of necessary cable lugs as required are deemed to be inclusive in the rates. (ii) spares shall be measured and paid seperately

Supply and fixing in replacement 3 pole power contactor 32 Amps as per existing including taking down old unserviceable power contractor all as specififed and directed. Make-L&T/ Havells / C&S/ or as per existing ).

Supply and fixing, in replacement Heavy duty long life square/cylindrical power Capacitor (KVAR) of 10 kVAr capcity as per required at site, 440 volts AC all as specififed and directed. (Make : Havells/ L& T/ Schinneder/ EPCOS)

Supply and fixing, in repair Heavy duty long life square/cylindrical power Capacitor (KVAR) of 5 kVAr capcity as per required at site, 440 volts AC all as specififed and directed. (Make : Havells/ L& T/ Schinneder/ EPCOS)

Supply and fixing , in repair,intelligent power factor controller 3 CT 8 stage suitable for existing stage complete all as specified and as directed. Make :Havells/SIEMENS / Schinneder

Supply and fixing in replacement CT with ratio 300/5 for APFC panel, including taking down existing unservicable CT complete all as directed

S&F in replacement MCCB 3 pole 415 volts, Adjustable type, under protection range 320 Amps, 415 volts of rupturing capacity 36 KA suitable for existing APFC panel all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge Make :Havells/ L&T / C&S

S&F in rreplacement MCCB 3 pole 415 volts, Adjustable type, under protection range 160 Amps, 415 volts of rupturing capacity 25 KA suitable for existing APFC panel all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge Make :Havells/ L&T / C&S

S&F in replacement MCCB 3 pole 415 volts, fixed type, under protection range 40 Amps, 415 volts of rupturing capacity 10 KA suitable for existing APFC panel all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge Make :Havells/ L&T / C&S

M& L for earthling complete with galvanized steel earth plate, electrode 600 x 600x6 mm thick , buried directly under ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m below ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 below ground level connected to galvanized iron srtip 25X4 mm dia by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts & washers, of galvanized iron or steel all as Shown in electrical plate No 5 connected to main switch board/ panel, including all necessary excavation & earth work in hard/dense soil, common salf and charcoal dust mixed & packed 150 mm thick homogeneous layer all around the GI earth plate, earth pit chamber made out of cast iron frame with hinged door , with watering pipe .

Note :- (1) On testing, after completion of Job , if desired earth resistance is not obtained , the earthing shall be redone at no extra cost to contractor.

(2) Earth strip beyond 7.5 mtr from electrode to earth terminal point/main switch board. Etc shall be measured separately .

Supply & fixing cable XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric cable , LT 1100 volts grade with aluminium conductor of 185 sq mm size including cable gland, aluminium lugs cable joints etc complete all as specified and directed by Engnr-in-Charge.

Cutting holes into or through brick walls built in mud mortar and making good in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-l as required exc 150 sq cm but not exc 400 sq cm as specified and directed.

S & F Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work con- forming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 as specified and directed.

M&L two coats of synthetic enamel paint to steel surface over a coat of red oxide primer including prepration of the surface over 10 cm width or girth complete as specified and directed.

M&L Hard drawn steel wire fabric cut to lengths, bent to shape required and tying with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm in dia supplied and fixed in reinforcemnt complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Butt hinges125 mm, heavy weight, cold rolled mild steel, and fixed complete all as specified and directed.
