Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in any position not otherwise specifically provided for as in roof padding etc including old detoriated roof tiles ,roof treatment and bedding layer and removing debries and rubbish to a distance outside MD land exceeding 1.5 km but n.exe 5.00 Km complete all as specifed and directed.

M & L for brushing neat cement slurry with 3.00 Kg of cement per Sqm over cleaned roof surface complete all as specified and as directed

Material & labour for 40 mm av thick cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5 mm gaded stone aggregate laid on RCC roof slab to make surface levelled for proper slope finish the surface even and fair complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 10 mm thick, screed bed as in roof in cement mortar 1:4 finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed. (Note: WPC shall be measured and paid seperately)

"Supply only" liquid water proofing compound (ISI marked) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of horizontal or vertical surfaces for water proofing treatment on existing cleaned non accessible RCC roof with the following specification and manufacturings instruction complete all as specified and as directed:- (a) Preparing and cleaning of fully dry surfaces as per IS3067-1966 (b) Applying bitumen primer(85/25 grade)conforming to IS:3384-1968 over the cleaned plaster surface @ 0.5 Ltr per sqm by the same membrane manufacturer of density at 25°C, 0.87 to 0.89 kg / Liter and viscosity 70-160 cps shall be applied on the prepared surface. (c) Applying a layer of APP based polymeric membrance 3.0mm thick (minimum) weight 3.6Kg per sqm (reinforced) with polyster Non woven fabric weighing not less than 160gms per sqm by torch application. The over laps shall be minimum 100mm on the transverse direction and 75 mm on longitudinal direction.

Supply and fixing Heat Resistant roof/Terrace Tiles of size 300 mm x 300 mm of thicness 10 mm minimum ,white coloured, with mineral composition, SRI (solar refractive index) > 78, solar reflection > 0.70 and initial emittance > 0.75 on waterproof and sloped surface of terrace, laid on 20 mm thick cement sand mortar in the ratio of 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) mixed with liquid water proofing compound @ 200ml/50 kg bag of cement,applying cement slurry and scratching the screed bed for proper fixing of tiles,laying the tiles with 4-6 mm spacers and grouting the joints with mix of white cement & marble powder in ratio of 1:1, including rubbing and polishing of the surface upto 3 cuts complete, including providing skirting upto 150 mm height along the parapet walls in the same manner complete all as specified and directed. Note : Waterproofing compound shall be measured and paid separately Make : Make as approved by GE shall be of ISI marked and in case there is no BIS certification system/ Indian standard for the product, these shall be certified by accredited (NABL) laboratories to confirm to other standard of repute ,like British / European /American Standards

M & L for treatment around the pipes of any dia passing through walls (Core cut area) by wrapping around all the pipes with acrylic emulsion based binder and placed appropriately in the same position and the gaps between the pipe and the core cutting shall be grouted by using high strength, non- shrink cementitious grout complete all as per the manufacturer's instruction and as directed. Make of chemical: APL Smart care (Asian Paints) or equivelant of STP/Fosroc

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water and removing rubbish complete all as specified and directed

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in two coats (10mm+5mm each) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, mixed with integral water proofing compound with weight of cement in top layer as per manufacturer's instructions and finished the surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately against respective item).

Supply only integral water proofing compound (ISI marked) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down rainwater/waste pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc. (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories) complete all as specified and directed

S & F 160 mm bore, PVC (SWR), Soil waste and vent pipes in any length with or without ears, with cement joints fixed to wall, etc with all necessary fixing arrangement complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 160 mm bore, PVC (SWR) bends of any radius complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 160 mm bore, PVC (SWR) junction single, (Single T) equal or unequal complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removing the plants with complete roots by chipping walls/beams/junction of vertical stacks/ water supply line or from the surfaces of the building and applying recommended chemical to prevent further growth as directed, making good the disturbed surface with cement mortar 1:3 or with PCC (1:2:4) type B0(using 12.5 mm aggregate) and applying the same surface finish of the existing surface and finished to match with the surrounding surfaces including removal of debris etc. to a distance exceeding 1.50 Km but n.exe 5.00 Km complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 2000 litres capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks, double layer construction, ISI marked (Cylindrical vertical with closed top), hoisted and fixed in position including taking down old unserviceable one as specified in SSR Part I and directed.

S & F ball valves 20mm high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & highdensity plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed. (Minimum weight 210 gms ) complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks exe 1000 lit but n.exe 2000 lit, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks, etc. and hoisting reconnecting and re-fixing in position after cleaning complete all as directed.

S & F in repair 32 mm bore, gun metal, globe or Gate valves with iron wheel head, Class-I, Pressure Tested of 1.5 Mpa, screwed both ends for iron pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 50 mm bore unplasticized PVC (UPVC) pipes of pressure rating 10 kgf/sq. cm including all fittings and fixed to wall ,ceiling and laid on floor including testing complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) as in hard/dense soil each n. exc 0.5 Cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n. exc 25cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n. exc 5 km and making good surface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for excavating in trenches in hard/dense soil, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n. exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out complete all as specified

M&L for Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for brick work with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 using old size brick complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 and finished the surfaces even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new platered surface of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer including applying one or more coat of wall care putty to a smooth surface including making good any undulations on the surfaces complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Painting work shall be carried out acoording to Smart Painting procedure mentioned in PS

M&L for preparation of new platered surface of wall and applying two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre having weather proof, dart pick up resistant,silicon enhanced,UV resistant and PU enhanced property over a coat of alkali resistant primer including applying one or more coat of wall care putty to a smooth surface including making good any undulations on the surfaces including all necessary scaffolding,complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Painting work shall be carried out acoording to Smart Painting procedure mentioned in PS

S & F MS steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I.S. 1161-1979 grade St-240 complete all as speicfied and directed.

S & F rolled mild plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched, forming holes with riveted, bolted or welded attachment conforming to Fe 410W Gr E-250, quality-A complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc primer complete all as specified and as directed..

S & F Pre-Painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing pre-painted galvatume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, ridges , valley gutter etc fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in hard / dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for hardcore of gauge n.exc 63 mm of broken stone or boulders, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 100 mm thick, plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub-base of flooring,hardstanding etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness, M-40 Grade with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Sand filling under floors or in foundations including spreading, levelling, watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, coloured / multicoloured, glossy finish , set, jointed and pointed white cement slurry and pigments in floors, etc including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortor 1:6 and set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided for in Item 04028, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm as in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials exc 5.00 Km but n. exc 10 Km and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, gates etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bar, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings, framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe-410-0 Gde E-250 complete all as specified and directed.
