EARTHING ELECTRODE : Supplying and Providing G.I. Pipe Earthing Electrode as per IS: 3043 at location specified by EIC. Specifications as follows: 1. Internal Diameter of GI Pipe: 50 mm 2. Length of GI Pipe: 3.5 M 3. Grade of GI Pipe: Class-B 4. Galvanization of GI Pipe: 100 micron Hot Dip Galvanization Coating 5. Perforations: 08 nos, 12mm dia each, separated by 300mm. Job includes, 1. Excavation in ALL kinds of Soils, Soft Rock and Hard Rock upto 5m Depth 2. Vertically Installing GI pipe into earth pit 3. Backfilling with Charcoal, Excavated Soil and Salt in Proportion 2:1:1 4. Supply, and welding of GI Crossbar Plate (500mm x 60mm x 6mm with necessary holes) to the GI Pipe. Galvanization of GI Crossbar Plate: 100 micron Hot Dip Galvanization Coating 5. Constructing Earthing Inspection Chamber with PCC of mix 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 Coarse Sand : 4 Graded Stone Aggregate 20mm nominal size) with dimensions 650mm x 650mm Internal, 125mm (WT), 600mm (H). 6. Plastering of Chamber with 15 mm thick cement plaster 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Fine Sand) 7. Providing Painted C.I. Cover of dimension 750mm (L) x 750mm (W) x 4mm (T) with suitable lifting handles. 8. Painting of Chamber with Water Based Primer and Paint work is inclusive of ALL Materials, Labor, etc. as per specifications, drawings and directions of Engineer-in-charge/ Site Engineer.

Supply, Laying, Fixing and Connection of following Earthing Conductors on Surface, soil at below 0.5 meter, recess, trench and making welding joints as per site requirement, making termination with equipment by means of making appropriate size hole by drilling, SS bolts, nuts, washers etc. Complete with All Materials, Labor, Tools, Equipment. Galvanization of GI strip: 100 micron Hot Dip Galvanization Coating. Size- 40 mm x 5 mm GI Strip.

EARTH STRIP / WIRE / ROPE / CABLE Supply, installing and testing of earthing strip/wire/rope/cable for completely making the earthing grid system by supplying, laying the GI / Cu strip in soil at below 0.5 meter, recess and making all the necessary welding joints, connecting to the earthing electrodes and existing earthing grid etc., complete as per drawings, specifications and directions of the Site engineer/Engineer-in-charge, including the cost of all labour, tools, materials, etc. complete in all respect.
