M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick burried directly in ground. ( earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr depth below ground level at any type of strata ) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5mtr below normal ground level surrounded with adequate quantity of charcoal dust mixed with salt to a packed thickness of 15cm all around the plate. connected by 32x6 mm GI strip as earth lead by means of brass nuts and bolt, thimbles check nuts, washers including concrete chamber of PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate with fair finish, internal surface of concrete chamber shall be given internal dia 300mm x300mm, 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 funnel with wire mesh, RCC pit cover of 320x320x80mm size (1:2:4) Type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate rainforced with XPM all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-1(2009) and specified including and provision of GI strip upto 7.5 mtrs long with 40 mm dia light grade GI pipe protection and watering pipe of GI 20 mm bore, medium grade, including all exavation and earth work and connecting the earthing strip to panel, including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) RCC pit cover shall be precast of RCC(1:2:4) type B1, 80mm thick rainforced with XPM weighing not less than 4kg/sqm in lieu of CI cover. (ii) Cost of additional GI strip more than 7.5 mtrs will be measured and paid seperately under relevant items.

M&L for calibration of IDMT miscroprocessor based numeric relay fixed in 11 KV HT panel by primary and secondary injection method and setting the relay tripping timing in advance to match the outgoing load on the incoming and out going feeders complete all as specified and directed Note : (i) Individual Breaker VCB shall be considered as one unit and above job is to be carried out unitwise. Above job wii be carried out by licenced technician as aproved by GE. (ii) Any accident/mishapenning occurred during the execution of work shall be responsibity of Contractor. (iii) All necessary tools & plants required to carry out above job will be provided by contractor and the cost of the same deemed to be included in queoted rate.

S&F in replacement cable jointing kit 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination Cold shrinkable type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminum conductor cabe of size 95 sqmm complete all as specfied and directed.

Disconnecting all in coming and outgoing cables, removing the transformer from the platform / two pole structure / floor and loading it in the vehicle carefully using crane and transporting it to approved nearby workshop, for carrying out maintenance of transformer all as specified in IS -10028 (part III) - 1981 following by Opening of transformer cover, draining out oil, de-tanking core and coil assembly,cleaning, washing of dust and dirt etc from all parts including core and tank, cooling tubes of radiators, re-assembling of core and winding after carrying out necessary repair and replacement of defective items including providing all necessary insulation material of appropriate class including varnishing drying out in vacuum chamber till specified IR values are achieved if required, complete insulation varnishing to be done and providing new gasket, nuts , bolts, and checking of leakages if any, rectifying the same by welding, checking of tap change if found faulty, repair / replace the same etc, replacement of silica gel and reassembling of complete transformer all as directed by Engr-in-Charge, including testing as per relevant IS and transporting back the transformer after repair/ maintenance to the site, installing, reconnecting all the incoming and out going cables by properly using insulation tape and testing complete for following capacities :-

250 to 400 KVA 11000/433 Volt Distribution transformer

100 to 200 KVA 11000/433 Volt Distribution transformer

Note for item No 5.10 & 5.20 : - (i) Cost of items required to be replaced will be measured and paid seperately as supply only under relivent items of this contract. The labour charge for replacing the same are deemed to be included in the rates quoted. (ii) The cost of painting inside & outside of transformer also deemed to be included in the rates quoted. (As per IS -10028 (part III) - 1981.) (iii) The standby transformer will be provided by the contractor without any extra cost for continuous power supply, while carrying out repair of transformer. (iv) Any other items which is required to be provided for smooth functioning of transformer but not specified above shall be provided by contractor without any extra cost . The cost of the same are deemed to be included in the rates quoted. (v) The inventries of all defective items to be replaced/repaired will be prepaired jointly by Engr-in Charge and contractor at the time of inspection of defective trasformer after opening at the firm's workshop. The inventries will be signed by both Engr-in Charge and contractor before starting of repair work. (vi) The transformer will be got repaired from approved manufacturer /workshop having licence for the same, The firm shall be got approval from GE/AGE (I).

Supply only new HV coil of copper conductor suitable for 11 KV distribution transformer complete alongwith insulating material duly varnished by vacuum impregnation (as per sample) and backed coil assembly complete all as specified & directed.

Supply only new LV coil of copper conductor suitable for 415 V distribution transformer complete alongwith insulating material duly varnished by vacuum impregnation as per sample) and backed coil assembly complete all as specified & directed.

Supply only HT bushing with stud , seal etc for 250 KVA to 400 KVA transformer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Filteration/ dehydration and cleaning of transformer oil off line by dehydration plant including testing of samples before and after dehydration and filtration, dielectric strength should not less than 55 KV at 2.5 mm gap after dehydration/filtration all as specified and directed. Note:- For running of filtration plant the arrangement of electric supply / DG set should be made by contractor and the cost of same deemed to be include in quoted rate.

S&F in repair including installation, commissioning and testing of HT 11 KV outdoor type gang operated triple pole air break switch suitable for Horizontal or vertical mounting fixed type complete with 12 insulator 200 amps rating and steel frame mechanically oprated mechanism consisting of operating rod of 25 mm bore light grade GI pipe of suitable length worked from ground level and with locking arrangement flat iron clamp 50 mmx6mm including MS channel of suitable size length for fixing GOD including bolts, nuts and washer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F silica gel dark blue type laboratory grade in the transformer including removing the old one complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking out old unserviceable ACSR conductor of any size complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking out old unserviceable earth wire of any size complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs including streching of over head ACSR conductor any size ie. weasel,Ferret,and Dog and any type fixing on iron steel tubular pole including binding/jointing the conductor to insulator with and incl 14 SWG binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for galvanized steel wire 3.15 mm or 4mm dia continous earth wire on pole or guard wire for protecting fallen overhead conductor incuding winding wire of suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

Restreching only over head ACSR conductor / earth wire of any size and type comprising of one conductors/wire over steel tubular poles, incl opening, streching, binding and jointing the conductor to insulater with and incl 14 SWG binding wire and tape the jumper complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for punning of tree branches touching to electric overhead lines with growth around LT/HT overhead lines poles and stay complete to clear span of 2 mtr all around the OH line poles with all tools and plants as required at site by the contractor including cleaning the area/site. Note: (i) Any breakdown of line caused during the punning shall be made good by the contractor without any extra cost (ii) Distance between pole to pole shall be measured as one span. (iii) Only those span will be measured in which trees are alives.

Supply, transporting, erection and fixing steel tubular swaged pole, 11 metres long, type 410 SP-55, complete with MS base plate 6 mm thick, pole cap, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts, washers etc including necessary earth work and excavation, PCC in foundation 1:4:8 type D-2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate and PCC 1:3:6 type C-2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth block, disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m, painting two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer including 5 Nos band/straps with yellow and black colour in alternatete way (250mm wide each) synthetic enamelled paint two coat at a distance 300mm from plinth block and marking pole nos with black synthetic enamelled paint including tarring one coat on steel surface embedded in concrete including shifting of ACSR cross arms, insulators from existing pole to new pole including binding jointing the conductor to insulator complete all as specified and directed. Dismanlting and taking down bend/damaged mild steel work such as cross arms, bracing, supported, clamps & back plates etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cross arms, bracings,supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts,bolts,washers welding,bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed including of one primer coat,one under coat and one finishing coat and one finishing coat of paint.complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting of steel tubular HT Pole 11 mtr long and mild steel work such as cross arm, clamps, nuts, bolts, etc including preparation of old painted surface and painting two coats of aluminium paint including 5 Nos band/straps with yellow and black colour in alternatete way (250mm wide each) synthetic enamelled paint two coat at a distance 300mm from plinth block and marking pole nos with black synthetic enamelled paint complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantiling of stay assembly complete all as specified and as directed

S&F stay assembly complete with all accessories, such as stay plate 300x300x6mm, stay rod 215cm long and 20 mm dia with nuts including GI bow turn buckle etc., all as per Electrical plate No 1 or SSR -2009 Part I complete all as specified and as directed. Note. Loop type insulator, stay clamps, excavation, PCC will be measured and paid separately.

M&L for loop type insulators vitreous porcelain white, brown or green large size with overall dimensions 65x90mm mm clearance of hole 25.5 mm complete all as specified and directed. .

S&F in repairs including laying, commisioning and testing XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts, grade (earthed) cross sectional area 95 Sqmm, 3 core complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The earth work, GI pipe shall be measured and paid sepretely under appropriate item of Sch A

S&F in repairs including laying, commisioning and testing of 1.1 KV grade XLPE insulated PVC sheathed steel armoured aluminum stranded conductor LT UG cable (Conforming to IS 7098) ISI marked in trenches / ducts / through GI pipes under roads of size 50 Sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specifed and directed. Note:- The earth work, GI pipe shall be measured and paid sepretely under appropriate item of Sch 'A'.

Excavation in trenches in hard/dense soil not exc 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for laying UG cable/foundation etc complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in hard/dense soil but not exc 1.5 m wide and exceeding 1.5m but not exceeding 3.0m in depth for laying UG cable/foundation etc complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in hard/dense soil including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm each layer complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated surplus hard/dense soil to a distance not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

(ii) Before painting on transformer contractor should take necessary shutdown from department.
