Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area not exc 400sqm

Repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1sq m each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth,making good by filling in screened & graded road material, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15 Cm thick (7.5 Cm thick compacted thickness) in two layers WBM, with coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63 to40mm size) of grading basalt or trap stone spread, Watered , rolled consolidated to gradient and camber required power roller 8 -12 tone complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L 7.5cm thick (compacted thickness) WBM, with coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63 to40mm size) of grading basalt or trap stone spread, Watered , rolled consolidated to gradient and camber required power roller 8 -12 tone complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L for preparing Unsurfaced water bound macadam surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and Applying evenly a priming/tack coat (Paving bitumen ) with bituminous primer at 10.00 kg per 10 sq metre

M&L for preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and Applying evenly a priming/tack coat (Paving bitumen ) with bituminous primer at 5.00 kg per 10 sq metre

M&L For Premix bituminous, macadam compacted thickness 75 mm or less with 4% binder content by wight of total mix using VG-30 bitumen of any penetration laid /rolled to required gradint and camber using power roller 8-12 tonnes complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L for providing Bituminous premix semi dence asphaltic dense concrete 40mm thick compacted with 5.5 % binder content as in semi-dense asphaltic concrete totasl mix rolled with 8 to 12 tonne power roller and complete to required camper and gradient complete all as specifed and directed.

Labour only for preparation of bituminous road surface and marking centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc and the like on roads pavements with road marking paint brush,roller or spray all as per manufacturerss instruction complete all as specified and directed.(Note: Road marking paint will be provided by MES)

Supply and fixing cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instruction complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only Solar studs as per manufactures instructions complete including fixing material all as specified and directed.(Note: Solar studs will be provided by MES)

Fixing only Delineator including embeding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300 mm) as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and directed.(Note: Delineator will be provided by MES)

Fixing only factory made curbe stone including setting in CM 1:4, complete including necessary excavation if any all as specified and directed.(Note: Curbe stone will be provided by MES)

Fixing only PVC speed breakers 75mm with double rubber as per manufactures instructions complete including fixing material all as specified and directed.(Note: Speed breakers will be provided by MES)

M & L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like n. exc 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed
