EARTH WORK :

Filling available excavated earth ( excluding rock ) within NFC Premises in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc., in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 2 km and lift upto 1.5 m. etc. complete as specified and directed.

Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared etc. complete as specified and directed.

Lead charges, including loading, unloading, stacking, the disposable Earth by Mechanical transport for lead up to 2 KM. Note:-Lead charges measured and paid based on Truck measurement with deduction of voids @ 25%.

Lead Charges, including loading, unloading stacking, the disposable ROCK / debris, by mechanical trasport for lead UP to 2 KM. Note:-Lead charges measured and paid based on Truck measurement with deduction of voids @ 50%.

CONCRETE WORKS

Plain Cement Concrete with Nominal Mix 1:3:6 using Portland Pozzolana Cement conforming to IS 1489 Part-1 (M/s. ACC, Ultra Tech, Raasi, Birla, Coromandal, Andhra Cements Ltd., KCP make) with river/ manufactured/robo sand and graded stone aggregates of 20mm maximum size at all depths/heights below/above plinth level including consolidation, finishing smooth/broom finish as applicable, curing, etc., complete as specified and directed, but excluding Formwork.

Plain Cement Concrete of Grade M15 (1:2:4)by insitu mixing using Weigh Batcher or RMC of Ultra Tech, Birla Ready Mix up to specified level using Portland Pozzolana Cement conforming to IS 1489 Part-1 (M/s. ACC, Ultra Tech, Raasi, Birla, Coromandal, Andhra Cements Ltd., KCP make) with river/ manufactured/robo sand and graded stone aggregates of 20mm maximum size including mixing superplasticizer of brand M/s. Fosroc, Demech, Huntsman, Pidilite, Sunanda Chemicals, Agro Chemicals, MBT in proportion as per Manufacturer's Specifications, Pumping / Lifting of concrete to the required all depths/heights below/above plinth level Concrete laid to proper level, profile and slope, placing concrete, consolidation, finishing, curing, etc., complete as specified and directed, but excluding Formwork.

Fosroc, Demech, Huntsman, Pidilite, Sunanda Chemicals, Agro Chemicals, MBT in proportion as per Manufacturer's Specifications, Pumping / Lifting of concrete to the required all depths/heights below/above plinth Concrete laid to proper level, profile and slope, placing concrete, consolidation, finishing, curing, etc., complete as specified and directed, but excluding Formwork. in foundation, footings, plinth beam, beam, slab chajjas, lintels, bed bloks staircases, walls etc.,

Supply and application of 1:2:4 Screed Concrete with 12mm aggregate size with mixing of waterproofing compound as per manufacturer specification and provide in required slope on rooftop and and making construction joints of 300mmX300mm , and packing the same with Liquiseal Bitu ( bituminous sealant ) of Approved make all depths/heights below/above plinth. Complete as specified and directed by EIC.

STEEL WORKS

Supply, fabrication, erection and fixing in position Reinforcement bars for Reinforced Cement Concrete items at and at all depths and heights below and above plinth level with High Yield Strength Deformed (HYSD) bars/TMT Bars 500D conforming to IS 1786 (Latest Edition) from approved source of make of M/s. Tata, Vizag Steel, SAIL, Jindal including transporting to site, loading and unloading, decoiling, straightening, cutting, bending, making fan hooks of required shape, dowels for bonding masonry, removing of scales, fixing bars with chairs, space bars wherever required, fixing and tying in position with Two (2) strings of 18 Gauge soft drawn annealed MS binding wire inclusive of its supply, etc., complete as specified and directed.

Supply, Fabrication and Erection of Structural Steel work using Rolled Steel Joists, Beams, Channels, Plates, etc., at all levels above and below plinth level including supplying of steel sections and plates conforming to BIS 2062 of make Vizag Steel, Tata, SAIL, Jindal Ispat or any other approved manufacturer using ingots of above manufacturer make), loading, unloading, transporting the steel to site of work, cutting, fabricating using welding/bolts, using weld rods of make D&H, Advani, Philips or its approved equivalent and/or bolts and nuts from approved source, erecting using derricks/pulleys or any suitable means, fixing in position and painting with one coat of approved red oxide zinc chromate primer and two coats of Synthetic Enamel paint as per manufacturers Specifications of make Asian Paint, Berger, Johnson and Nickelson, Nerolac, cleaning the sections /plates by suitable means, etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Using angles, rolled steel joists, channels,Plates and other steel sections etc.

BRICK WORK & RR MASONARY WORKS

Brick work using clay bricks as specified at all depths below plinth level if foundation and in plinth simultaneous pointing with same mortar below ground level and ranking out joints above ground level, curing etc. complete as per specification and as directed for foundation and strom water drains using cement Mortar 1:4

Brick work using clay bricks as specified at all depths and height above plinth level , steel Tubilar scaffolding, raking out joints curing etc.complete as per specification and as directed in super structure up to floor V level-Using Cement Mortar 1:4

HALF BRICK masonry as per IS 2212 using local clay bricks as specified in partitions walls above plinth level up to floor V level in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 river sand), including scaffolding, raking out joints, curing etc. complete and with Reinforced Cement Concrete (RCC) M15 (1:2:4) stiffeners of depth 75mm at every 900 mm height including form work, curing etc., complete as specified and directed, but excluding reinforcement. Note: Reinforcement will be measured and paid for separately under relevant item of schedule.

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in all depths/heights below/above plinth and up to floor V level, including leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) with Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) complete as specified and directed.

PLASTERING WORKS

Cement plastering 15 mm thick for internal walls in cement morar 1:4 fininshed smooth at all height above plinth level over brick walls or concrete surface including making necessary grooves in between junctions or brick masonary and RCC and also other places wherever required over brick walls or concrete surface preparation of surface, steel/tubular scaffolding curing etc., complete as directed.

Sand faced plaster 20mm thick in Two (2) coats over exterior masonry and concrete surfaces at and at all heights/depths above/below plinth level upto a height of 10 mm with base coat in Cement Mortar 1:4 {1 cement (M/s. ACC, Ultra Tech, Raasi, Birla, Coromandal, M/s. Andhra Cement Ltd., KCP) : 4 River Sand} 12mm thick and finishing coat in Cement Mortar1:3 {1 cement (M/s. ACC, Ultra Tech, Raasi, Birla, Coromandal, M/s. Andhra Cement Ltd., KCP) : 3 River Sand} 8mm thick final rendering including addition of approved integrated waterproofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer’s Specifications for the base coat of make M/s. Fosroc/Demech/ Huntsman/ Pidilite/ SIKA Qualcrete / MBT/Sunanda Chemicals, making necessary grooves, bands, drip moulds, etc., as required, double steel/tubular scaffolding wherever necessary, curing, etc., complete as specified and directed.

Providing and applying birla white putty or approved equivalent of 1 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Providing and applying a floating coat of neat cement punning over plastered and RCC surface etc., complete as directed by Engineer in charge.

DEMOLISHING WORKS

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbies to the dumping ground within 50 mtr lead.

Demolishing PCC/R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within lead of 2 kilometersas etc., complete as specified and directed by Engineer - in- charge.

Dismantling very carefully the existing Brick masonry in cement motor with plastering on both sides very carefully at depths/heights above/below plinth level by suitable methods including erection of suitable scaffolding, stacing of useful materials and disposing the unserviceable debris within the lead 2 kilometers etc., complete as specified and directed.

Dismantling very carefully the existing RR masonry in basement below/above FFL at all depths and heights including erection of suitable scaffolding, stacking of useful materials and disposing the the unserviceable debris within the lead of 2 kilometers etc., complete as specified and directed.

Dismantling 150 / 230 mm thick Rubble stone pitching / flooring with cement mortar pointing in pedestals, walls, drains etc. including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable material within 2 Kms. lead etc. complete as specified and directed.

Dismantling/breaking the existing bituminous surfaces road carefully to the required size, including removing soling, WBM road, stacking useful materials at the locations shown and disposing of debris within a distance of 2 kms. etc., as specified and directed.

Dismantling doors, Window and cleastory window ( Steel or Wood ) shutters including chowkhats architrave, holdfast etc. complete and stacking within 50 mtr lead of area 3.5 Sqmtr and below.

SHUTTERING WORKS

Providing centering and shuttering using steel shuttering plates at all depths and heights below and above plinth level, vertical, horizontal, inclined including strutting, propping using steel pipes/acro stagging, removal, cleaning of the same for insitu reinforced cement concrete and in plain cement concrete work as required including chamfers, splays, keys, wedges, nails, bracings, brackets and applying one coat of shuttering oil on all shuttering surfaces coming in contact with concrete etc., complete as directed. in Foundations, footings, bases of columns, Lintels, beams, plinth beams, cantilevers, Window, Sill, copings etc, and as directed .

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineerin- charge .The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose .The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding. Note: - This item to be used for maintenance work judicially, necessary deduction for scaffolding in the existing item to be done.

PAINTING WORKS

White washing to walls and ceiling with best quality lime in three coats (using brushes for application) including scaffolding, sand papering, filling crevices with putty and cleaning surfaces etc. complete as specified and directed.above plinth level up to 10 mtr of height including required scaffolding.

Painting with three coats of SYNTHETIC oil bound distemper of Asian, Dulux, Pidilite, Johnson & Nicklson, Nerolac, berger or any other approved and make including including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer, preparing the surfaces, including removal of old paint, if any, sand papering, filling with putty as required,scaffolding and cleaning etc. complete as specified and directed.

Finishing outer walls with 100% acrylic Smooth waterproof exterior finish emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS:15489:2004, alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Dept Tinted) with silicon additives ( 3 coat including 1 coat of primer), equal to asain paint ultmia protek or Dulux Professional weathershield Flexx or equlvalent. including required scaffolding up to 10 mtr of height. Note :- Rate should be quoted for 3 coats including 1 coat of primer.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint in 3 (Three) coats of Asian/Berger/Nerolac make of 1st quality with required shade on wooden/steel doors, windows, ventilators, composite units, louvers, rolling shutters, hand rail and balustrades, plastered surfaces etc., including compatible primer, scaffolding upto height of 10m, removing old paint, if any, by scrapping with scrubbing machine, sand papering, preparing the surface, brushing with wire brushes, scraping with steel scrapper etc., filling in crevices and cracks etc. with approved filler etc., complete as specified and directed.

FLOORING WORKS

Anti skid digital printed Ceramic tile of size minimum 600X600 mm rustic finish for floor and 600X300 mm for dado of minimum 8 mm thick ceramic tiles of size as mentioned above in toilets/floors/kitchen etc, glossy or matt finish, of 1 st quality( Spartek, Regency, Johnson, Somani, Nitco Khazaria) or required shade, edge cut, design, colour and pattern over 20mm thick cement mortar 1:3 bedding/backing coat or leticrate, close jointed and pointed with matching epoxy grouts and edge bedding with to give required colour, finished to levels, slope or plumb as required including cutting of tiles cring, acid washing etc. complete.

Providing and laying Polished Granite stone in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with minimum 16mm thick stone slab over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing , curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.-Polished Granite stone slab of required colour as directed by EIC.

MISCELLANEOUS WORKS

Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes (SDR-11) conforming to IS 15778 of Ashirvad/Supreme or approved make, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings, i/c fixing the pipe on exposed/recessed/underground surfaces to correct line, level, plumb using clamps as directed. This includes removing of existing pipes and fixtures if required, jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement, teflon tape, cost of cutting chases wherever required and making good the same with cement concrete/mortar, cutting or making hole or chases in RCC or brick work structure such as wall, column, beam, slab, chajja, dado etc. for passing the pipe line and reinstating all the damage to its original condition including testing of joints at cerain locations complete as specified and directed

Providing and fixing heavy quality 15mm C. P. brass wall mounted BIB TAPS of Hindware (Cat no. F730041)/Jaquar/Parryware/Jaquar make or equivalent with wall flange confirming to IS:8931.

Providing and laying Premium Full body vitrified tile polished finish of size of Tile 600 x 600 mm (having thickness as per manufacture specifications-min. 10 mm thick) of 1st quality, non-skid full body , of make Khajharia,Johnson, Somani and Raks or equivalent approved make with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to S:15622, in all colours and shade, jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3 kg/sqm including grouting the joints with matching epoxy grout .

Providing and fixing factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid plain flush door shutter of required size comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges (100X65X2.5) of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws, 2 Nos aluminium Handle, 1Nos L Drop and 1 no tower bolt , all as per direction of Engineer-In- Charge.-30 mm thickness

Providing and fixing factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/window/Ceosetory windows & other Frames/Chowkhat comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with M.S hold fast/lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-In- Charge. Note: For WPC solid door/window frames, minus 5mm tolerance in dimensions i.e depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made.-Frame size 45 x 70 mm.

Providing Terreace Water Proofing on exiting surface by following the below Procedure:- 1) Surface prepration by cleaning and abrading with wire brush and wasing the surface and make free from dust. 2) Cutting the cracks in V shape and packing the gaps by filling PMC Mortar and coving the wall floor joints with PMC mortar. 3) Bore packing for water out let as per IWP India Ltd. 4) Application of Hyperplas 4 mm thick membrane ( APP Modified Polester Membrane) after priming with Coldstick ( Solvented Butiminous) primer as per IWP India Pvt. specification. 5) Application of UV relective coating IWL Coolkote @ 200 Grams per Sqm in Two coat (Over 50/50 Diluted primer and 2nd coat @180 grams per SQM) The Applicator Should be Approved from authorised applicator as per the directions of EIC.

Providing and Fixing white vitreous china water closet squatting pan ( Indian Type) along with 'S' or 'P' trap including dismantling of old WC seat and 'S' or 'P' trap t site complete with all operations including all necessary materials, labour and disposal of dismantled materials I/C malba, all complete as per direction of Engineer in charge-Orissa pattern WC pan of size 580X440 mm

Taking out existing wooden door shutter, repair by cutting etc and refixing of repaired door of existing door frame, including replacment of hinges with screw if damaged etc. as required , all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Hacking the existing cment concrete floor surface at an average of 5 to 7 indentations of 3 to 5 mm deep per 50 sqcm with hacking hammers or chisels, cleaning the aears, disposing the debris within a lead of 50 m etc., complete

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches by Polymer modified plaster including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface by removing the reinforcment rust by rust remover and of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
