Dismantling wrought iron of mild steel work of any description not other wise provided for complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge.

S&F joist, channel, angle, or tee sections (Fe-410-W Gde-E-250), fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc (cut to ordinary lengths i.e , within 20mm of the length indicated) complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge.

S&F rolled sections mild steel framed work as in framing for cladding, glazing and the like fixed with angle cleats and connecting plates and similar work etc complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge.

S&F rolled mild steel framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, flat iron etc (Fe410-W Gde-E-250) quality B complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, Doors etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with & including either hooks & hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails & guides) & hanging also fastening & fixing complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge.

S&F Galvanized, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or typing at crossings with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc including taking down old barbed wire complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge.

S&F galvanized epoxy coated concertina coil of 750mm dia made of 0.50mm thick, 19mm wide strip & 2.59mm dia high tensile wire, 125 Nos of clips, having 56 Nos of circles and covering 8 to 10 running mtr and 'S' clips per spiral using a central core of high tensile wire around which a tape of razor sharp barbs is machine crimped etc complete including taking down old concertina coil of any description all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge.

Note :- Each concertina coil to be fixed/binding with GI wire of 3.15mm dia (minimum ) at every third ring/circle /round for connecting of each coil. Concertina coil be fixed with angle iron post and also (outer line of concertina coil) at the middle of two iron posts using GI hooks (size : length =15cm, dia =10mm) fixed in PCC for proper line/alignment. Cost of the same is deemed to be included in the quoted rate of the item.

Taking down of galvanized existing concertina coil of size 750mm and re-fixing of same position with using GI hooks fixed in PCC proper line/alignment etc complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge.

S&F MS Galvanized chain link fencing of wire 3.5mm dia, galvanized class 3 as in fencing mesh including staining and fixing to concrete or steel posts end/or to straining bolts including securing with and provision of galvanised iron tying with, galvanized iron stapples or steel pins, etc including taking down old fencing, complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge.

Taking down of MS Galvanized chain link fencing of any size, as in fencing mesh and re-fixing including staining and fixing to concrete or steel posts end/or to straining bolts including securing with and provision of galvanized iron tying with, galvanized iron stapples or steel pins, etc, complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs 10mm dia mild steel round bar as in line wire for chain link fencing fixed with GI wire including applying two coat of aluminium paint over one coat of primer after preparation of steel surface complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge.

M&L for Preparation of new steel or iron surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer (Boundary wall/gate/grills/door etc) complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete (both side painting of angle on b/wall ) complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation/removing of rust/dust of existing surfaces of old steel surfaces, and Preparation of old painted chain link fencing of any description and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint complete (both side) complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old wooden surfaces of any description having width/girth exceeding 10cm and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old decorated plastered surfaces and applying two coat of oil bound distemper on walls complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge.

Excavating in post holes in soft/loose soil (for similar holes) each n.exc 0.50 cum, getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m and making good surface

Demolition of brick/stone/PCC block masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars, arches etc incl removal of debris to a distance exc 1.5 km but n. exc 2 km complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge.

M&L for precast cement concrete block masonry, using solid PCC block of mix 1:5:8 (using 20mm grades stone aggregate) thickness of wall exc 10cm thick, with plain or inter locking joints as directed setting in Cm 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster in cement or cement lime mortar on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc including removal of debris out side MD land complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair face of brick masonry wall surface in CM 1:4, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete including mixing only liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instruction and as directed by Eng-in-Charge. Note:- WPC will be measured and paid separately

Supply only liquid water proofing compound

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:3 on concrete surface of slab, beam & ceiling surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of plastered wall surface including pilaster/cornices etc and applying two coats of acrylic emulsion (exterior weather coat) paint of any tint as approved over one coat of primer complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete un-reinforced in ground floor and paving not exc 15cm thickness below or above ground level, including removal of debris to a distance exc 1.5 km but n.exc 2 km

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) cast in situ in copings, bed plates and the like including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles & throatings etc all as directed including use and waste of form work complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge.

M&L for cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete Type C2 (1:3:6) 40mm graded aggregate) any thickness, size or shape incl buttresses columns, pillars, boundary pillars and posts (including caps and brses) complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8, type D2,(using 40mm graded stone aggregate ) as in sub base to floors and paving etc complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channel and drain, Path/flooring alternate bay, using extra cement slurry for smooth surface, complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block of approved shape and size of 80mm thickness, with minimum compressive strength of 40N/sqmm (M-40 ), without correction factor for chamfering, made in rubber moulds with 0.50mm thick scratch proof lacquer coating on top surface, with white cement and pigment laid over and including 20mm thick sand screed bed complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge.

M&L for hardcore of gauge n.exc 63mm broken stone or boulders deposited, spread and leveled in layers n.exc 15cm thick watered and rammed to true surface complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings

M&L for pre-painted galvalume aluminium Zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self drilling screws complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge.

Cutting chases in brick/block/stone wall for inserting water proofing membrane/steel sheet etc and making good to facing where as required and groves, cutting n.exc 15cm complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge.

Demolition of floor, hearth or wall tiling or stone slab laid , bedded & pointed in any mortar including demolition of cement mortar bedding or backing coat, including removal of debris to a distance exc 1.5 km but n.exc 2 km complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge.

M&L for non skid, joint free(edge cut) coloured ceramic tiles 7 & 8 mm thick (Square/rectangular) polished area of each tile exc 0.06 sqm but not exc 0.11 sqm as in floors etc laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with coloured cement to match the tiles complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge.

M&L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 350x250x7mm/450x350x7mm thick, laid over and including 10mm thick backing coat in cement mortar 1:4 etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge.

M&L for Light shade ultra charged colour vitrified ceramic tiles 10mm thick (Square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles n.exc 0.36 sqm in floors etc laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge.

M&L for Light shade ultra charged colour vitrified ceramic tiles 10mm thick (Square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles n.exc 0.36 sqm in skirting/dado etc laid over and including 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge.

M&L for green marble work 15 to 18mm thick (table rubbed and polished) & circular cutting at one end in steps, jambs, pillars, window, cills, cooking platforms and like in CM 1:4 including pointing in white cement, using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of incl 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge.

M&L for 18 to 20mm thick granite(of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cill, cooking platforms, wall, and CM 1:4, including pointing in white cement using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge.

M&L for rubber moulded chequered cement concrete tile with grey cement and pigment (of approved tint) of size 30x30x25mm thick over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6, set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge.

Taking down chowkats or frame with shutter (without taking off shutter from the frame) any description area not exc 1.5 sqm complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge.

Taking down chowkats or frame with shutter (without taking off shutter from the frame) area exc 1.5 sqm but n.exc 4.0 sqm each, complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge.
