Roughning the surface in small patches n.exc 3 Sqm ,applying epoxy (Nitto bond ) to facilitate proper bonding with old surfaces,and M & L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of concrete surfaces of walls / Columns/chajjas in cement mortar 1:4 and finished fair and evenwith out using extra cement including mixing of water proofing compound wherever required and making good with existing finishes complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item as supply only. (ii) Rate shall be included for necessary scaffolding and safety measures where required at site.

M&L for cleaning of Manholes inner area upto 1.00 sqm and depth upto 1.00m, by pumping out the sewage wate completely removing the sludge and other materials from the manholes by suitable means and removing all the materials obtained from the manholes out side MD land and cleaning the complete area including making good any damages to the manholes complete all as required and as directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes of SWG pipes set in cement mortar for 150mm dia of pipe complete all as required and as directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes of SWG pipes set in cement mortar for 200mm dia of pipe complete all as required and as directed.

M&L for PCC type C2, 1:3:6 (Using 40mm grded granite stone aggregate ) as in concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid tested for pipes of 150mm dia of pipes complete all as required and as directed.

S&F 150 mm bore Salt Glazed stone ware drain pipes of grade 'A' laid in trenches and jointed in cement mortar 1:1 complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Reinforced Cement Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and disposal of unserviceable materials, debris and rubbish to out side MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Precast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (Using 20mm graded granite stone aggregate) as in landings, cover slabs (for manholes, drains etc.) shelves and similar articles with plain faces and set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia., and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia., or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

Clearing the blockage in the sewage line completely, preferably by mechanical means, to enable the sewage to flow freely to the next manholes, removal of sludge and other materials obtained from the sewage line to outside MD land in sealed containers and clearing the complete area including making good any damages to the line or manholes complete all as required and as directed for 150 mm bore sewage line.

Cleaning of Septic tanks by pumping out the sewage water completely removing the sludge and other materials by suitable means and removing all the materials obtained to out side MD land and cleaning the complete area including making good any damages complete all as required and as directed. Note : Depth of sludge shall only be measured for volume.

Cleaning the blockage in the Gully Trap / floor trap / nahani trap completely to enable the the sewage to flow freely to the next manholes by suitable means and removing all the materials obtained to out side MD land and cleaning the complete area including making good any damages to the manholes complete all as required and as directed.

Demolition of Brick / Stone Masonry built in Cement Mortar including all quoins arches pillars etc and removing rubbish to out side MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for Brick work with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 M mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Treatment by injecting / grouting cement slurry mixed with Conbextra EP 10 (Epoxy resin injection grout) of M/s Fosroc Chemicals or equivalent approved chemical in to sunken slabs of toilet by drilling holes at an interval not more than 1 M c/c to a depth of 60 mm and 20 mm diameter and grouting the slurry by mechanical means with required pressure complete all as per technical specifications and as required at site complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing surfaces of sunken floor and applying a coat of Brush bond of M/s Fosroc Chemicals or equivalent approved water proofing coating as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as required and as directed.
