Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removing rubbish to outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for use & waste Form work to chajjas, troughs and similar items including edges flat for rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for use & waste Form work to fins, louvers, fascia, parapets etc for rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for use & waste Form work to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200 mm thick (Horizonal or sloping) for flat rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:1.5:3, Type A-1 (Nominal Mix) (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in chajjas etc complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Reinforcement will be measured & paid seperately)

M & L for RCC 1:1.5:3, type A-1 (Using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in Fins, fascias, louvres, parapets, and railings exc. 60cm in height, newels, balustrade, and the like complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Reinforcement will be measured & paid seperately)

M & L for Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:1.5:3, Type A-1 (Nominal Mix) (Using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in slab supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, etc complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Reinforcement will be measured & paid seperately)

S & F high strength corrosion resistant TMT steel bars 10 mm dia., and over cut to length, bend to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips quality complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing old decorated surfaces of walls, etc including cornices by bromming down or by steel wire brushing, scrapping down smokes soot, moulds, moss and efflorscent salt and treating oil and greasy spot and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing old decorated surfaces of ceiling, etc by bromming down or by steel wire brushing, scrapping down smokes soot, moulds, moss and efflorscent salt and treating oil and greasy spot and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water and removing rubbish to outside MD land complete all as specified and directed

M & L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 and finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in two coats (10mm+5mm each) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, mixed with integral water proofing compound with weight of cement in top layer as per manufacturer's instructions and finished the surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately against respective item).

Supply only integral water proofing compound (ISI marked) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of internal walls, etc and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation new external surfaces of wall, chajja, facia etc and applying two coats of water based acrylic weather proof exterior emulsion (exterior wall finish) paint over a coat of primer as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing old decorated surfaces of wall/chajja, etc including cornces by bromming down or by steel wire brushing, scrapping down smokes soot, moulds, moss and efflorscent salt and treating oil and greasy spot and applying one coat of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation old decorated external surfaces of wall, chajja, facia etc by and applying one coat of water based acrylic weather proof exterior emulsion (exterior wall finish) paint complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing old decorated surfaces of wall, etc including cornces by bromming down or by steel wire brushing, scrapping down smokes soot, moulds, moss and efflorscent salt and treating oil and greasy spot and applying one coat of Plastic emulsion paint complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing old decorated surfaces of Ceiling etc including cornces by bromming down or by steel wire brushing, scrapping down smokes soot, moulds, moss and efflorscent salt and treating oil and greasy spot and applying one coat of Plastic emulsion paint complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for roughening the surfaces in small patches n.exc 3 Sqm and applying epoxy (Nito Bond) to facilitate proper bonding with old surfaces and rendering 15 mm thick in two coats (10mm+5mm each) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, mixed with integral water proofing compound with weight of cement in top layer as per manufacturer's instructions and finished the surface even and fair without using extra cement and making good disturbed surfaces as per the existing one complete all as specified and directed. (Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately against respective item)

M & L for cleaning the glass panes of each quarter by spraying with and including glass cleaning materials complete all as directed by the engr-in-Charge. (Note: The work has to be carried out upto 16th floor and the unit quoted rate shall deemed to be inclusive of necessary scafloding (if any) and necessary safety measure complete)

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Obliterating old writing of any description, n exc 0.1 sq. m, with paint to match existing work with synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Writing letters or figures (Block ,Roman, Italic or Indian) n. exc 30 cm height with synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Writing stops, commas, short lines , dashes, hyphens, brackets, etc with synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in any position not otherwise specifically provided for as in roof padding etc including old detoriated roof treatment and bedding layer and removing debries and rubbish to a distance outside MD land complete all as specifed and directed.

M & L for 10 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 mixed with WPC as per manufacturer's instructions over 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (12.5mm graded aggregate), as in levellig course, Supply and lay polymeric water proofing membrane of weight 3kg/sq.m incorporating a centre core of 90 micron thick HMHDPE film including coating the surface with a coat of water based bituminous primer @ 100gms/sq.m., followed by a coat of blown bitumen of grade 85/25 or 90/15 @ 1.2kg/sq.m. each at top and bottom of the membrane including sealing all joints by thermo fusion with minium 10cm overlap incl grooving & inserting in parapt wall all as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: WPC shall be measured and paid seperately)

M & L for cement concrete tiles of size 25cm x 25cm x 22mm thick, machine pressed; set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors, and cut and polished, including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 and set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in with mixture of white and grey cement equal proportion and no pigment complete all as specified and directed. (General Notes for all items above: The work has to be carried out upto 16th floor building and the rate quoted shall deemed to be inclusive of necessary provision for this aspect accordingly)
