Providing and fixing Stainless Steel 304 (18/8) kitchen sink as per IS:13983 double bowl with single drain board of size 1372 mm x 457mm x 225 mm of thickness 1.2 mm, Bowl size 405mm x 355 mm with C.I. brackets, stainless steel plug 40 mm, flexible PVC waste pipe, CP waste coupling including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls wherever required all as Spd ( Nirali/ Neelkanth/ Bluestar)

Providing and fixing soil, waste and vent pipes Centrifugally cast (spun) iron socket & spigot (S&S) pipe as per IS: 3989, size 100 mm.

Providing and fixing plain bend of required degree Centrifugally cast (spun) iron Spigot & Socket as per IS : 3989, size 100 mm.

Making connection of drain or sewer line with existing manhole including breaking into and making good the walls, floors with cement concrete 1:2:4 mix (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) cement plastered on both sides with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), finished with a floating coat of neat cement and making necessary channels for the drain etc. complete, size 100 mm to 250 mm.

Supply & Installation Commercial Kitchen LPG Gas Pipeline of 15 mm MS seamless pipe including IBR & Non IBR fittings like tee, elbow/ bend, socket, reducer, flange, plug, bush, hex nipple, spl clamp/ u clamp, flexible hose, brass valve, gas valve & gas regulator for two burner including painting to MS pipe complete all as spd all as spd & directed

15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. Providing and fixing 12 mm thick prelaminated particle board flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board conforming to IS: 12823 Grade l Type ll, in panelling fixed in aluminum doors, windows shutters and partition frames with C.P. brass / stainless steel screws etc. complete as per architectural drawings and directions of Engineer in- charge. Pre-laminated particle board with decorative lamination on both sides

Providing and fixing anodised aluminium grill (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868 with minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) of approved design/pattern, with approved tandard section and fixed to the existing window frame with C.P.brass/ stainless steel screws @ 200 mm centre to centre, including Cutting the grill to proper opening size for fixing and operation of handles and fixing approved anodised aluminium standard section around the opening, all complete as per requirement and direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Only weight of grill to be measured for payment).

Filling the gap in between aluminium/ stone/ wood frame and adjacent RCC/Brick/ Stone/ wood/ Ceramic/ Gypsum work by providing weather/structural non sag elastomeric PU sealant over backer rod of approved quality as per architectural drawings and direction of Engineer-in-charge complete, complying to ASTM C920, DIN 18540- F & ISO 11600 Upto 10 mm depth and 10 mm width
