Eligibility Criteria

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

The Tenderer shall pay the Licensor a Monthly License Fee during the Period of License. The License Fee quoted by the Tenderer shall constitute the sole criteria for evaluation of Financial Bids. Tenderer quoting the Highest License Fee will be selected as the Licensee.

The quoted Monthly licensee fee includes applicable GST

The Licensee should check the proposed location of the battery swapping stations and also to ensure that it meets all the criteria for establishing a battery swapping station before applying/ participating for tender

Bids shall remain valid for a period of 90 days after the last date for tender submission. The Tenderer shall not withdraw or revise the Tender during this period. In case any tenderer reviews or withdraw his tender during this period, the amount paid by the bidder (EMD/SECURITY DEPOSIT) shall be forfeited
