Replacement of Complete Gaskets of 20MVA Transformer-II (BHEL make) alongwith other associated Works at 132KV Substation Bisalpur, Pilibhit under E.T.D.-II, Bareilly, with all Cost of Men, Materials, Misc. Consumables, Crane / Hydra, Centrifuging Machine with Operator, Normal & Special T&Ps, Transport Vehicle etc. Required for Satisfactory Completion of the Work, with all due Care of Safety & Precautions as per Technical Specifications and Direction of the Supervising Engineer, as per Details below :

Safe Carriage of 20 KL Capacity Oil Storage Tank from Designated Primary Sub Station in Bareilly / Budaun / Pilibhit (Distance Approx. 50 Km) to 132KV Sub Station Bisalpur, Pilibhit including Shifting & Loading at Designated Primary Substation and Unloading, Shifting & Placing at site at 132KV Substation Bisalpur, Pilibhit.

Removal of Jumpers of HV & LV side Bushings of the Transformer. The Scope of Work Involves opening of Bolts & Nuts and Removal of Jumpers, Bushing Clamps etc.

Complete Draining of the Transformer Oil from the 20MVA Transformer-I into Oil Tank / Oil Drums and Stacking them at proper place.

Dismantling of 3 No. HV Bushings, 3 No. LV Bushings, 2 No. HV / LV Neutral Bushing, Turrets etc.

Providing & Replacement of old Gaskets from different Parts (Top Cover, Bushings, Radiators tank, Turrets radiators, Pipe Lines, Inspection window, Conservator MOG, PRV, Buchholz Relay etc.) of the 20MVA Transformer-I. The Scope of Work involves Removal of old Gaskets, Cleaning of Surfaces, Fabrication of Gaskets of Appropriate Sizes out of Gaskets of Thickness 12 / 10 / 8 / 6 mm of Konica / Torborze / Nu-cork make and Fixing of Gaskets at Proper Place with Adhesive alongwith other associated Works.

Erection of dismantled 03 No. HV Bushings, 3 No. LV Bushings, 2 No. HV & LV Neutral Bushings, Turrets etc. after replacement of associated Gaskets of each transformer.

Reconnecting of Jumpers of HV & LV side Bushings of the Transformer. The Scope of Work Involves Tightening of Bolts & Nuts and Reconnecting of Jumpers, Bushing Clamps. etc.

Centrifuging & circulation of Transformer Oil of 20MVA Transformer-I till the desired BDV Value of the Oil & IR value of Bushings are Achieved including Recording of all the Parameters such as Temperature, Vacuum, Insulation Resistance etc. Centriguging Machine its operator and all associated T&P shall be arranged by the contractor as his own cost.
