Providing and applying 2.5 mm thick road marking strips (retro-reflective) of specified shade/ colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully/ semi automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of material, labour, T&P, cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign material etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and accordance with applicable specifications.

25 mm thick Semi-Dense Bituminous Concrete (S.D.B.C.) (Using Water Plastic) providing and laying Semi-Dense Bituminous Concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5 per cent mix to work at site as per MORTH & H specification clause No. 508 complete in all respects(Reducing Bituminous Quantity by 8% and replacing it by Plastic wastage as per IRC : SP: 98-2013) (Sanction Rate)

Providing and laying bituminous macadam (B.M.) with 100-120 TPH hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder @3.30%, transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled as per clauses 501.6 and 501.7 to achieve the desired compaction (Sanction Rate)..

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (slowe setting) on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means. (Sanction Rate)

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom.
