Supply of inverter Scroll Compressor with Variable Refrigerant Flow System (with R-410 A) connectable to multiple indoor units. Outdoor unit shall be factory fitted extra corrosion resistrance coating on condenser fins with epoxy coated painting. The unit shall be completely factory wired and tested with necessary controls. The compressor shall be highly efficeint inverter scroll type controller with ambient temp range up to 53 Deg C .Unit shall be equipped wiith oil recovery system to ensure stable operation with long refrigerant piping, including complete installations, testing and commissioning charges, complete etc as required.

Supply and Laying of 4 Core X 25 Sqmm Stranded Aluminium conductor PVC Insulated PVC Sheathed armoured cable as per IS 1554 part I with up to date ammendments. etc. complete as required. (From Main Electrical Panel to Isolator near Condenser units)

Supply and Laying of 4 Core X 16 Sqmm Stranded copper conductor PVC Insulated PVC Sheathed Unarmoured cable as per IS 1554 part I with up to date ammendments. etc. complete as required. (From Isolator to Condenser units).

Supply and Laying of 2 Core X 1.5 Sqmm Stranded copper conductor PVC Insulated PVC Sheathed cable with Flexible PVC Conduits etc. complete as required. (From outdoor to Indoor Units)

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of seam less and eddy current tested Hard drawn Copper insulated Refrigerant Piping.The insulation shall be class 'O', Closed cell elastomeric Nitrile Rubber in sleeve form using 19 mm for SUPPLY & 13 mm FOR RETURN. The refrigerant piping shall be include of all couplings and elblow etc.. pvc sleeves to be provided wherever the copper tubes passing through walls.

Supplying and Fixing of underdeck Roof insulation with 50 mm thick TI-150 fiberglass Fix 2" X 2" M.S. clits to the underside of the slab at 2ft X 2ft grid work. Fix 50 mm thick TI-150 Aluminium faced fiberglass by means of hot bitumen as adhesive in spots, and reinforce the insulation with chicken wire mesh & GI lacing wire etc. complete as required.

Supplying and Fixing of following size of Hard PVC plumbing grade Drain piping as per specification with Nitrile insulation.

Supply, Installation, testing & Commissioning of 4 Ton Inverter Casseette Air Conditioner, which meets the all particular of 3 to 5 star rated, 415V,50 HZ three phase operated, lesser running current, minimum noise level, 88 segment(white) panel display ,flap LCD remote control ,auto air swing(up & down),auto air swing(left right), speed setting, auto restarts, on timer, off timer, complete etc as required. (Non -VRV AC units to be replaced by this item)

Providing & Fixing Extra Copper Piping for 4Tr Acs with insulation, Drain Pipe, necessary power cable upto the outdoor unit, complete etc as required.

(DSR Civil 2023 15.57) Dismantling aluminium/ Gypsum partitions, doors, windows, fixed glazing and false ceiling including disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable material with in 50 meters lead as directed by Engineer- in-charge. DSR Rate 56.35 per Sqm
