M & L for Plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 40 mm thick, plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in Flooring, Hard standing, Path etc finished the surfaces even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 75 mm thick, plain cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub-base of flooring, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 10mm thick, Hi Traffic Tiles, 600x600mm size, coloured, premium qualtity, heavy duty tiles for outdoor, polished, in floors, path, hardstanding etc set in neat cement slurry and 3mm wide joints shall be maintained with spacers which has to be filled with epoxy grout using masking tape and the masking tap has to be removed after filling the epoxy grout including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortor 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Sand filling under floors or in foundations including spreading, levelling, watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for designer Chequered cement concrete tiles of size 30cm x 30cm x 23-25mm thick, as in floors etc, including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 and set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in grey cement and pigments to match with the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 75 mm thick, plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection etc, finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement including making joints with bitumastic filing in proportion of bitumen and sand 1:2 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link MS galvanisd fencing made of 5.5mm dia wire with and including PVC coating of 1.3mm thickness and mesh size 50mm x 50mm complete all as specified and directed

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed

M & L for mild steel round bar 10mm dia and over cut into length, bend to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hoping as in tie bar for fixing chain link fencing complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Mild steel screw bolts of 16 to 20 mm dia of neck (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n exc 5cm long complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Mild Steel Hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 ® complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Framed brackets of angles or tees with web and flanges cut to shape, drilled and countersunk for screw, including bending and welding angles, as necessary, gusset plates, riveting, etc.. n exc 10 kg each brackets, conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 (Brackets over 10 kg each to be measured under 'Structural Steel') complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Rolled mild steel work as in Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde-E-250) quality-B complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide, zine chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

Re-straining and re-securing of Galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings including making good staples etc complete all as specified and as directed. (each line wire to be measured)

S & F in repair Galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs,1050 mm dia punched tape concertina coil made from High Tensile Spring Steel, High Carbon Wire Conforming to IS 4454 {Part-I] of Grade- SM duly Hot dipped Galvanised and punched tape material as per IS-513 having 50 Nos rounds per 6 m length [before stretching], having medium barbs [Barb length: 24+ 1 mm, Pitch between two barbs 35+ 1mm ), Spring core Wire (2.5mm thick) of high tensile strength of 165 kg/ Sq.mm with tape (0.52 mm thick) and weight 43.478 Grams/Metre and fixing to 'Y' or Trapezoidal shaped angle iron brackets placed at 2.00m to 3.00m apart and with 6/9 horizontal RBT [Reinforced Barbed Tape] wire, stud tied with GI staples and GI clips to retain horizontal including necessary bolts and coating with PxCompound [Anti Rust] complete all as specified and directed (Note : Horizntal barbed wire and angle iron supports shall be measured and paid seperately under relevant items of BOQ. After stretching the coil, the length of the compound wall on which it has been stretched shall be considered for measurement.)

Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc stacking the serviceable bricks after removing mortar and cleaning for re-use and disposal of debris and rubbish outside MD land as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for Brick work with fly ash brick, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 using old size brick complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per serial item No. 28 above but except stone complete ditto. (Note: Old serviceable stones as obtained from serial item No. 26 above shall be re-used under this item after cleaning etc)

M & L for Raised pointing to random or polygonal rubble, uncoursed or brought upto courses in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water and removing rubbish to outside MD land complete all as specified and directed

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in two coats (10mm+5mm each) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, mixed with integral water proofing compound with weight of cement in top layer as per manufacturer's instructions and finished the surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately against respective item).

Supply only integral water proofing compound (ISI marked) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for applying one coat of acrylic water based exterior grade primer @ 0.9 Ltr (undiluted)/10 Sqm diluted with water in 1:1 ratio to be applied with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 Ltr per minute having presure of 3300 PSI and allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surfaces for painting of subsequent coats complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for applying Two coats of of water based 100% Premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion paint with silicon aditive and colour stay technology, excellent Dirt Pick up resistance with low VOC less than 50 gm/litre as per the LEEDS specifications and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) @ 1.79 Ltr (undiluted)/10 Sqm for two coats diluted with water as per manufacturer instructions with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 Ltr per minute having presure of 3300 PSI and allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surfaces in both the coats of paint complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation old decorated external surfaces of wall, chajja, facia, ceiling parapet etc including cornices, pilasters etc including brooming or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss, effloresecnt salts, trading oil, greasy spots and applying one coat of water based 100% Premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion paint with silicon aditive and colour stay technology, excellent Dirt Pick up resistance with low VOC less than 50 gm/litre as per the LEEDS specifications and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) @ 0.90 Ltr (undiluted)/10 Sqm diluted with water as per manufacturer instructions by using Airless spray technology machine with max working pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 30 mtr, the spray machine should be from reputed manufacturer with pro guard technology and capability of tracking pressure and paint usage and certified by paint manufacturer and acccessories for applying paint in hard to reach areas and penetration of paint on the surface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for plain cement concrete (1:2:4), type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removing rubbish to outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Precast Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in cover slab (For manhole etc), chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces and set in cement mortar 1:4 including necessary form, moulds, etc complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge. (Note : Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately)

M & L for use & waste Form work to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200 mm thick (Horizonal or sloping) for flat rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:1.5:3, Type A-1 (Nominal Mix) (Using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in landing, cover slabs, chullah hoods, shelves and similar articles supported on walls etc complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Reinforcement will be measured & paid seperately)

M & L for factory made medium duty steel fibrre reinforced concrete (SFRC) covers including frames of Grade M-20 and thickness not less than 75mm for manholes, drains etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F high strength corrosion resistant TMT steel bars 10 mm dia., and over cut to length, bend to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips quality complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Mild steel Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete conforming to Fe-290 (Gde E-165) complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished to concrete surface of drain 30cm inner girth in cement including forms, mould, mitred/stopped etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Add or deduct for each 25mm girth or part thereof over or under 30cm including form mould, mitred/stopped etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning/de-silting of lose mud, rubish etc from covered drain bed after removing and re-placing in its existing poistion of covers including uprooting of vegetation growth thoroughly and wire brushing including flushing with water so as to achieve smoth flow of water in drain of bed width upto 60 cm (soil mud upto 10cm depth) and removing rubish outside MD land and depositing in low laying area complete directed by the Engr-in-Charge.
