Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam exc . 50 mm and n exc 100 mm deep surface in area n exc. 400 Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

Laying and compacting 75mm thick (compacted thickness) wet mix macadam (WMM) grading as per Table 400-13 of MoRTH specifications for road and Bridge works, 2013 manufactured in WMM plant, material comprising of clean, crushed graded aggregate and granular material premixed with water to a dense mass, spreading with sensor paver and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-100 KN static weight and consolidating to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and as directed. The finished surface tolerances to be as per Table 900-1 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works, 2013.

Material and labour for preparing unsurfaced WMM surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaning surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt and applying a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer (VG-10 Grade) at rhe rate of 7.5 Kg per 10 Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for laying premix bituminous macadam using 4% paving bitumen of any penetration laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75 mm or less) complete all as specified and directed .

Material and labour for preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brush for removing caked mud,existing grass on road etc sweeping with air compressor to remove all loose dust and applying a priming/tack coat with paving bitumen primer 80/100 (VG-10) grade at 2.5 Kg/10 Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour bituminous premix ashphaltic semi dense cincrete 30 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5 % binder content by weight by total mix using paving bitumen 60/70 (VG 30) grade laid by mechanical paver rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient by 8-10 Ton vibro roller complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour preparing the road side berms, removing vegetation, loose spoils, spreading avg 75 mm thick moorum/ red bajri filling in floors or pavings laid in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and dircted.

Material and labour for road marking painting (Reflective) exc 0.09 m and n exc 0.5 m wide thermoplastic componant with reflective glass beads on bituminous road and laying with hot applied thermoplastic componant 2.5 mm thick reflective glass beads @ 250 gm per Sqm area applied glass beads as per IRC 35. The finish surface are to be levelled uniformly and free from sheaks and holes as per releant clauses of section 800. In addition where arrows or letter are to be provided thermoplastic compound may be hard sprayed.Contractor had to use approved make of paints where and yellow colour complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cat eye, solar cat eye and tubular dealineator any type complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and directed.(Make:3M, Cat Eye, Dark Eye)

Supply and fix solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc. complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing metal tubular delinator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismentling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for.

Supply and fix in repair retro reflective signage boards sheets one sided made up to 3 mm thick ACP sheet face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated type heat activated retro reflective sheeting confirming to type - IV of ASTM-D-4956-01 in blue or silver white colour or other colour combination including subject matter, message's, symbols, boarders and Drg etc with high intensity grade as approved by Engr-in-Charge pasted on substrate by an adhesive backing and fixing the sheet with steel frame work with suitable size aluminium alloy rivets complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix stainless steel pipes 50 mm dia of grade 304 medium as in framed work such as sign boards/railing etc. all necessary welding , drillings or rivetting, brackets, stopers and including embedding the same in PCC 1;3;6 type C-1 below ground level size of PCC (450X450X600 mm) including excavation in soft/disintegrated rock complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down speed bumps made of heavy duty tough rubber any type complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing speed bumps made of heavy duty tough rubber of size 500mm X 365mm X 50mm black and yellow in colour Brand -Dark eye model No Da1008 or equipment in 3M / STP LTD complete all specified and directed.
