RequiredBidder should have an experience of supplying the same material to AP/TGGENCO/NTPC or any other power stations of 210MW and above and shall furnish the documentary evidence such as performance certificates/PO copies of the same material in support of qualifying requirements failing which offers are liable for rejection.

RequiredGuarantee/Warranty, Fitment guarantee (Interchangeability certificate), Material Test certificates with relevant standards from approved laboratory should be furnished along with the consignment.

RequiredAll the necessary Tests/checks shall be conducted on the supplied material as per the latest revisions of the Indian/International standards for ensuring the suitability of material.

RequiredThe material supplied shall be with fitment guarantee that the item is one to one replacement of the existing item with functional performance & no modification is to be done. In case of any issue, the material will be rejected and replacement needs to be provided on free to cost basis.

RequiredIn case of any defects during this period, the bidder shall promptly carryout remedial measures to correct any defect at site or replace at free of cost. Guarantee for the replaced material shall be period of 12 Months from the date of replacement.

RequiredBidders who are technically suitable as per tender specification enclosed can only be considered.

RequiredAcceptance of commercial terms and upload duly filled certificate.

RequiredGST registration certificate

RequiredHSN codes of the materials (6 to 8 digits) and GST rates of the offered material.

RequiredThe bidder must up load the EMD payment details i.e., scanned copy of DD or online transaction receipt.

RequiredBidders with poor performance in executing the previous purchase orders /bidders who have executed partial supplies during the delivery period/bidders who have not supplied the material even after several notices/bidders who supplied the material lately and suffered the works/bidders whose supplies failed during guarantee performance period/black listed firms are not eligible for quoting
