Providing services for daily running maintenance and operation of Installed machineries at Central Sewage Pumping Installation including periodical maintenance with one FGM (SK) per shift, One shift per day (08 hrs each shift i.e. 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs) incluiding sundays & holidays from the date of commencement of work/handing taking over of installlation between contractor and Department,complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Providing services for daily running maintenance and operation of Central Sewage Pumping Installation installed at Panagarh Mil Station with One Mate/FGM per shift, only in one shift ( i.e. Afternoon shift from 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs ) for operating all installed machineries in the Sewage pumping installation and other cleaning works including Sunday and Holidays, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Providing services for running maintenance and Operation including periodical maint of Package type sewage treatment plant with 02 Nos of blower and other accessories at DOU & STP at Offrs shelters with the help of one FGM(SK) per shift, 2 shifts per day (each shift of 8 hours, morning shift from 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs and after noon shift from 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs) both STP will be operated by same FGM(SK) including Sundays and holidays, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Providing services for running maintenance and Operation including periodical maint of Package type sewage treatment plant with 02 Nos of blower and other accessories at STP No-01& 02 with the help of one FGM(SK) per shift, 2 shifts per day (each shift of 8 hours, morning shift from 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs and after noon shift from 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs) both STP will be operated by same FGM(SK) including Sundays and holidays, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Providing services for running maintenance and Operation including periodical maint of Package type sewage treatment plant with 02 Nos with blower and other accessories at STP No-03 & 04 with the help of one FGM(SK) in one shift (i.e. General shift from 0830 hrs to 1630 hrs) both STP will be operated by same FGM(SK) including Sundays and holidays, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

NOTE FOR ITEM SER NO. 1 TO 7 : (a) Operation of Non clog Submersible Sewage Pump of any capacity alternatively time to time for defiling of accumulated sewer water from the sump incl operation of sluice valves as per requirement and as directed. (b) Cleaning of retainer/ foot valve regularly to maintain proper intake of suction of pump during its running and smooth functioning. (c) Replacement of damaged gland packing of sluice valves installed with sewer line time to time to restrict the sewer leakage. (d) Visual inspection of sewer line from sewage installation to discharge tank at least twice in a week, find out the location of leakage/blockage if any and reporting to Eng-in-Charge immediately for rectification for smooth functioning of sewage system. (e) Cleaning the oil/grease spills in/around the machineries/installations/premises.

Providing services for running, maintenance and operation of installed machineries at Water Supply installation at Pump House No 01 at Panagarh with one FGM (SK) per shift, one shifts per day ( each shift of 8 hours from 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs) including sundays & holidays, complete all as specied and as directed by Engr - In - Charge or rep deputed.

Providing services for running, maintenance and operation of installed machineries at Water Supply installation at Pump House 01 at Panagarh with one Mate(FGM) per shift, one shifts per day ( each shift of 8 hours from 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs) including sundays & holidays, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr - In - Charge or deputed rep.

Providing services for running, maintenance and operation of installed machineries at Water Supply installation at Pump House 02 & 03 at Panagarh with one FGM (SK) per shift, one shifts per day ( each shift of 8 hours from 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs) including sundays & holidays, both pumps will be operated by the same FGM(SK), complete all as specied and as directed by Engr-in-Charge or rep deputed.

Providing services for running, maintenance and operation of installed machineries at Water Supply installation at Pump House 02 & 03 at Panagarh with one Mate(FGM) per shift, one shifts per day ( each shift of 8 hours from 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs) including sundays & holidays. Both pumps will be operated by the same Mate( FGM), complete all as specified and as directed by Engr - In - Charge or deputed rep.

NOTE FOR ITEM SER NO. 8 TO 11 : (a) Operation of submersible Pump of any capacity time to time for filing OH Reservoir/ direct supply as directed. (b) Operation of Chlorination Plant of any type and cap time to time, to maintained proper residual chlorine as per the direction of Engr-in-Charge. (c) Operation of Iron Removal Cum filtration Plant (Pressure feed type) of any capacity incl all connected dozer/ compressor installed at installation and cleaning the pressure filter time to time by back washing process as and when required / as directed. (d) Operation of stand by Generator (Diesel Engine driven Generator set 40 KVA ) with LT Panel board (installed at pump house complex) as and when required to operate other equipments during electrical shut down/breakdown to maintain uninterrupted water supply to the station. (e) Providing water supply to the users as per the timing given by Engr-in-Charge by operation valves installed in the installation/lines. (f) Cleaning the oil/grease spills in/around the machineries /installations/premises. (g) Collection of water sample for testing on daily basis and having records of chlorination results incl collection of liquid chlorine/bleaching powder/Altoch GP etc from department as per the time frame given, maintenance of log sheet/document of pumping hours, voltage, Amp etc in all respect round the clock for 11 months complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

NOTE FOR SERIAL ITEM NO. 1 to 11 (General Notes) : (i) The required stationary, Register/documents etc will be supplied and maintained by the firm for each plant/installation all as directed by Engr-in-Charge from time to time. (ii) The firm is responsible for minor repair of water level indicator. Necessary nylon rope will be provided as on required basis by the firm. (iii) The firm is responsible for to check water level in OH tank/PVC tanks. (iv) The work shall be carried out in three shifts in a day of duration of 8 hours each pump house and DG sets. (v) The firm is responsible for to repair for any minor internal defect as required all as specified and as directed. (vi) Necessary torch light with battery (1.5 Volts x 3 Nos) to be arranged for all installation. (vii) The firm is responsible to filling the gland packing in sluice valve/ VT pump motor etc as and when required basis. (viii) FGM/Skilled person is also to look after all installation surrounding within 2 KM area. (ix) Maintenance of installation as above incl cutting of grass minimum two times a month in the compound complete or maintain installation without grass/bush as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (x) The contractor is responsible for collect FOL from MES yard as on reqd basis and pouring into DG set tank and if additional manpower required for this, it will be made available by the firm the same is included in quoted rates. (xi) The required cotton waste, distilled water for batteries and radiator topping up, incl necessary tool, first aid kit with box and coolant for DG Set for topping up etc all are included in quoted rates and all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

NOTE FOR SERIAL ITEM NO. 1 TO 11 : (for the running and maintenance) (a) The FGM/Elect/Ref Mech (SK) employed shall have ITI/ Vocational trainee certificate from Govt recognized institute / any recognized institute with Min 02 yr experience to operate the respective installations and Mate Elect/FGM shall have certificate from institute. (b) The item rate includes reliever for Sunday holiday and leave as per labour law, EPF, ESI, GST, CP & Tools as stated below. No extra payment shall be made on account of that. (c) All manual operation required for starting running of equipment/panel and up keeping the installation. (d) Reading, recording various meters & gauges including operation of control & fittings writing daily log sheet of installation as per direction of AGE E/M or concerned JE E/M. (e) Use of any tools for operation & maint of installation & up keeping all T&P ie One set of spanner (one side open jaw and other side ring from 6 to 32), One cutting plier, one screw driver, one tester, one adjustable spanner in each Installation and each electrician shall be equipped with one cutting plier, screw driver tester and other than that one discharge rod of fiberglass in each sub stn is to be provided. (f) Cleaning of Elect Installation and its surrounding area within the Perimeter of fencing for safe guarding of installation and installed machineries. (g) The labour employed shall be carried out Periodical maint of Plants/machineries of installation as per the maint schedule attached. He shall be responsible to make the installation clean inside and outside premises. Beautification of the installation and installed machineries etc. installation with gardening all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

NOTE FOR SERIAL ITEM NO. 1 TO 11 : (Contd.....) (for the running and maintenance) (h) The labour employed will maintain the following as per approved format of Engineer-in-Charge/GE (Cost of printing log sheet for Pump) :- (i) Daily log sheet for Pum (ii) Commercial electric supply shut down (iii) Chlorine test register (iv) Periodical maint chart (v) Maint if installation and its premises and garden (j) Display of electric shock treatment chart and renewal of poster / chart diagram time to time. (k) Keeping first aid item minimum essential reqd medicines and bandages. (l) Rate includes for : (i) All manual operation required for starting running of equipment/panel and up keeping the installation. (ii) Reading, recording various meters & gauges including operation of control & fittings writing daily log sheet of installation as specified and directed. (iii) Use of any tools for operation & maint of installation & up keeping all T&P. Installation eqpt stores and other items in safe custody. (iv) Cost of consumable stores such as gland packing, rubber insertion sheets, stuffing box packing grease, Ball bearing grease, MS Nut bolts of sizes for Sluice valve, gland bolts of various sizes cotton waste for topping up as required for daily operation and routine maint.

NOTE FOR SERIAL ITEM NO. 1 TO 11 : (Contd.....) (for the running and maintenance) (v) Cleaning of Pump House Installation and its surrounding area within the Perimeter of fencing for safe guarding of installation and installed machineries. (vi) Mate (FGM) / FGM (SK) shall be carried out Periodical maint of Plants/machineries of installation as per the maint schedule attached. He shall be responsible to make the installation clean inside and outside premises. Beautification of the installation with gardening and operating the valves of rising main/delivery line between and over head tank and to make ensured for smooth water supply to the users daily in each shift all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (vii) FGM will maintain the following as per approved format of Engineer-in-Charge/GE (Cost of printing log sheet for Pump) : (a) Daily log sheet for Pump (b) Commercial electric supply shut down (c) Chlorine test register (d) Periodical maint chart (e) Maint in installation and its premises and garden (viii) Display of electric shock treatment chart and renewal of poster / chart diagram time to time. (ix) Keeping first aid item minimum essential reqd medicines and bandages. (x) Cost of material & labours to make functional internal & bldg security light. Safe guarding installation and installed machineries etc.

NOTE FOR SERIAL ITEM NO. 1 TO 11 : (Contd.....) (for the running and maintenance) (m) Operator has to carry out daily checking and maintenance of all the equipments / machineries installed in the installations, such as tightening of all visible nuts, bolts, 'V' belts of Dg set, Lub oil level and re filling. Cleaning of battery terminals, re filling of distilled water to battery, Coolant to radiator of engine. The operator must have adequate knowledge to carry out the above maintenance works. The contractor has to issue all tools required for the maintenance without any extra cost to the Department and until rate quoted is deem to be included for the same.
