Taking down steel rolling shutter of any description and size including all holdfast etc and making good the opening all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply , fixing and installation of rolling shutters both electrically (motor operated) and mechanically (gear operated) with heavy quality gear boxes, gear rod, and handle, fixed with ball bearing as specified in SSR Part-1. The Hood cover shall be 1mm thick MS Sheet fixed to brackets and shaft made up of medium grade MS Pipe of suitable diameter to resist deflection due to weight of the rolling shutter. The lath shall be 1.20mm thick galvanised steel. Two side locks heavy quality with triplicate keys fixed to rolling shutter base shall be provided.The motor shall be operating on single phase 230V, 50Hz, output torque not lessthan 412Nm. The 0.5HP motor should be ISI marked and the entire system to be tested to the entire satisfaction of the Engr-in-Charge and suitable to accomodate the following clear opening:- Area of shutter exc 6 Sqm but n.exc 13 Sqm each Make:-Darshan Rolling Shutters / Swastic Rolling Shutters / Shalimar / Ganesh Rolling Shutters / M/S Sri Venkateshwara / Bharat rolling shutter Industries.

M/L for Synthetic enamel painting on newly steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or grith and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint with red oxide primer including preparation of surfaces complete.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, build in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlars facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles.

M & L brickwork with subclass `B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:6.

M & L rendering 15 mm thick in cement plaster 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

M & L rendering 10 mm thick in cement plaster 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surface of wall and apply two coats of oil bound distember on undecorated surface on fair faced brickwork/concrete walls complete.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surface of wall and apply two coats of cement based paint on undecorated surface on fair faced brickwork/concrete walls complete.
