By Mix in Place Method Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreadingin uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in placemethod with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller toachieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401.

Water Bound Macadam Sub-base/base WBM Grading 3 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. Edging with 2nd class Bricks, laid dry lengthwise(Edging with 2nd class bricks, laid dry lengthwise, including excavation, refilling,consolidation, with a hand packing and spreading nearly surplus earth within a lead of50 metres)

Cleaning of the existing WBM surface surface and laying 2cm thick premix carpet over a tack coat (including cost of Tack coat) with graded approved grit and bitumen including heating the bitumen to the required temperature and mixing either in mixer or in hand drums, including cartage of materials, maintenance of side patries, and watering the mduring operation for proper completion of the work including supply of all labour, material, machine, T&P etc, as per PWD Specification and as directed by the engineer-in-charge. Seal Coat Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type B as per Technical Specification Clause 510 Bitumen (VG-30)
