Laying of one number additional 40mm dia HDPE pipe direct in ground in the same trench in one tier horrizontal formation including excavation, refilling the trench as required but excluding sand cushoning, protective covering.

Laying of one number 40mm dia HDPE pipe on wall surface as required. (Clamped with 25x3mm MS flat clamp)

Supplying and making end termination with Cu lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed Cu conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required inside the street light pole junction.

Supply installation, testing and commissioning of Following Panels, fabricated out of 14/16 Gauge CRCA sheet steel in cubicle compartmentised modular construction complete with supporting rigid structure, interconnections, aluminium bus bar strip with heat strinkable colour coded current density of bus bar 0.8 A per sqmm. Degree of protection IP 65, earthing hinged doors with 2.5 sqmm tinned braded copper wire, free standing floor mounted/wall mounted with removable Gland Plates on top & bottom of the panel, all mounting plates shall be GI sheets. Panels shall be treated with all anticorrosive process before powder coating as per specifications and final approved shade. Galvanised hardwares with zinc passivation shall be used in fabrication of panels 2 Nos. earthing terminals shall be provided for all distribution panels. Panels shall be suitable for 415 V, 3 Phase, 4 Wire, 50Hz supply system.

Supply & installation of heavy duty terminal blocks inside street light pole junction after removal of old dagaged terminal block and proper fixing of the new terminal block with necessary welding works as per requirement.

Supply of HDPE pipe of 40mm dia 3.75 mm thickness silicone coated roof type (having string inside the pipe) as per requirement.

Supply of 4 core 6 sq mm. size unarmoured Copper cable of 1.1kV grade as per requirement.

Supply of 3 core 6 sq mm. size unarmoured Copper cable of 1.1kV grade as per requirement.

Supply of 6 sq mm FRLS PVC insulated single core Cu conducter of 1.1kV grade as per requirement.

Drawing of 3 core/4 core unarmoured Copper cable inside HDPE pipe as per requirement.

Supply of materials and installation of earth rod electrode made out of 19 mm dia 1200mm long with arrangements for fitting/ termination (with street light pole by providing suitable extra one nut for pole) of G.I. flat / wire with G. I. nut bolts with clamp & washers for all kinds of soil & rock as required.

Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm G.I strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of G.I. nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm)

Supply of MCB channel & SP MCB of 10 kA, C-curve, 6 amps, 230/415 Volt rating and fixing the same inside street light pole junction with necessary arrangement and welding works as per requirement.

Providing Aluminium tiltable tower ladder for street light/ out door light works as per the following specifications or equivalent . cat. ref No. Dms7760, DMS ladders height : 12 mtrs • extra heavy duty telescopic model available in two section made up aluminium alloy 'c' section 66.00mm x 31.00mm x 3.18 mm thickness and steps are made up aluminium corrugated fluted pipe 25mm of aluminium made of he 30 grade t6 temper with safety gate and cage platform. • fitted with mild steel painted base trolley (5’ x 8’) made up ms channels and l-angles with 4 solid rubber wheels (2 swivel wheels in front & 2 fixed wheels at the rear) and provided with 4 parking jacks bolts for extra stability. • ladder movement (tilting & extending) by worm hand winch load capacity upto 01 ton with help 8mm wire steel rope. • it can be locked at any required height and adjustable. • wheels : solid rubber wheels of 16” size .
