Supply and erection of metal clad bus bar chamber made from 1.6 mm thick M.S.sheet fixed with rag bolts on wall or on existing pedestal / angle iron frame including bonding to earth , detatchable top and bottom painting and necessary connections etc.(Copper bars duly tinned ). 100 amp. 4 bars of 55 cm each (cross section 25 mm x 3 mm) chamber over all size 60 cm x 45 cm x 18 cm . 31.31 (a) (ii)

9: - Pedestal . Supply and erection of Godrej Almirah typeM.S.pedestal made of 50 mm x 50 mm x 6 mm angle iron frame with 3.00 mm thick M.S.sheet covering including shutters with suitable hinges and locking arrangement with Godrej type handle including round bars . The top covering should have downward overhang of 75 mm on all sides of pedestal , having two sets of water proof ventilation holes of suitable size on the sides , at top and bottom , each set containing four Nos. holes to discharge the heat produced by the current . The shutters fixed with rubber gasket of superior quality and of suitable size to make it water proof . The pedestal duly painted both inside and outside with two coats of approved paint and primary coat and its legs are embeded upto the entire depth in 1:2:4 cement concrete block , projected 75 mm all around the pedestal and and 200 mm above the ground level including the cost of all labour and material required to complete the job in all respect upto the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge of the work. M.S.pedestal of size 750 mm wide , 1200 mm high ,300 mm deep and bottom totally open , duly embeded in cement concrete block of size 900 mm x 450 mm x 200 mm above ground level duly plastered with 12 mm thick 1:4 cement plaster , having a base of size 1050 mm x 600 mm x 250 mm below ground level . 31.33 (iii)

10: - Supply and erection of copper lugs including crimping etc. upto the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge of work. Size 1.5 sqmm to 2.5 sqmm 31.45

11: - S/E of mark double walled corrugated (DWC) HDPE pipe laid 1 meter below ground level including digging & refilling of Earth including cost of suitable size soicket /coupler for HDPE pipe including the cost of labour & material required to complete the job in all respect upto the entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge of the work. 13: - HIGH MAST POLE:- Supply, installation, Testing and commissioning of 16 Mtr. long High Mast manufactured from B.S.E.N. 10025 or equivalent grade material in, 2 (two) section hot dip, galvanized inside and outside in single dip, suitable for wind velocity as per IS 875 Part-3 suitable for 9/12 Nos. Luminaire loading fully motorized (power tool) with starter & cable complete along with standard accessories supplied by the manufacturer with 3 nos. steel wire rope double drum system and twin dome aviation light with LED without foundation but including cost of set of foundation nut and bolts, installation at site complete in all respect upto entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. Thickness of Top Section = 3mm (Minimum) Bottom Section =4mm (Minimum) Top Dia = 150mm Bottom Dia = 410mm Thickness of Galvanization = Top = 65micron (Min.) Bottom = 85micron (Min.) 31.83 (ii)

14: - Supply and erection 8Mtr. Decorative Pole is made out of galvanized mild steel tube & cast iron embellishment at bottom and step up part as shown in drawing. The bottom part of the pole (2000mmx195mmx 4.8mm) shall be made out of B class galvanized mild steel tube in which a service window is provided with 6 amp SP MCB & 32 amp heavy duty 4 way connector for loop in and loop out arrangements. The MCB & connector shall be provided in the service window duly fitted on a suitable size heavy duty Bakelite plate. The top part of the pole (6000mmx114mmx4mm) shall also be made out of B class galvanized mild steel tube having cast iron/ cast aluminium embellishments (ring) shall be fitted by grubs screw at the middle part of 114mm dia pipe and as per the drawing. The pole is properly machine and treated before primer coating & painted with polyurethane paint having minimum DFT 90 micron. The approximate weigh of pole-159Kgs. The pole is having base plate 400x400x20mm duly welded with stepner and suitable for mounting on concrete pedestral with four nos. foundation bolt is properly machine and treated before primer coating & painted with polyurethane paint as per attached drawing and accessories required to complete the job in all respect including erection, fixing including connection of the same upto the entire satisfaction of Engineer in Charge of the work. 15: - Const. of R.C.C Foundation for 8 Mtr. (8000 mm) Decorative Poles (Cast Iron) 1:1.5:3 for foundation, size 0.7M x 0.7M x 1.8M with minimum of 8 nos 12 mm dia longitudinal MS reinforcement rods with rings of 8mm dia not more than 200mm C.C for fixing the pole with all labour & material required to complete the job in all respect upto the entire satisfaction of Engineer in Charge of work. 16: - Supply and erection of Decorative ornamental Double Arm bracket made out of mild steel tubes with cast aluminium embellishment as per drawing suitable for mounting of twin nos. drop down hanging installation of luminaires. The brackets are primer coated and painted with polyurethane paint with minimum DFT 90 micron. Weight-27Kgs as per attached drawing and accessories required to complete the job in all respect including erection on existing pole for fixing including connection of the same upto the entire satisfaction of Engineer in Charge of the work. 17: - Supply and erection of Ornamental 120 Watt LED Drop Down Luminaire made out of cast aluminium housing. The fixture housing top part is further covered and decorated by sperate cast aluminium bowl shaped attachment as per drawing. The fixture is provided with polycarbonate frosted diffuser for glare free lighting. MCPCB having high lumen led are mounted on cast aluminium/ extruded aluminium heat sinks. The fixture should have efficacy of 100lumen/watt, power factor- 0.95 , THD- <10% BIS approved potted driver. Fixture is duly powder coated PU painted with minimum DFT 90 micron as per attached drawing and accessories required to complete the job in all respect including erection on existing ornamental pole for fixing including connection of the same upto the entire satisfaction of Engineer in Charge of the work. 18: - Supply and erection of 65 amp. 3 Pole/230V Astronomical automatic time switch alongwith contractor of required capacity movement controlled by precisaty quartz osciliation operation on main supply of continue to run on built in rechageable nicket cadium cell for 150 hours in the evnt of power failure including cost of contractor complete in all respect upto the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge of the work. 21: - Supply and erection of 240watt LED Flood Light (BJFL 240W LED) (112883- White) of makes Bajaj, with 3rd generation LED Flood light luminaires with ultra sleek, light weight and with secondary optics, made of pressure die cast housings with IP 66 rating and accessories required to complete the job in all respect including erection on existing pole for fixing including connection of the same upto the entire satisfaction of Engineer in Charge of the work. 22: - S/E of PVC sheathed 4 sqmm 2 core copper conductor cable, 1100 volts grade in pipe of suitable size excluding cost and erection of pipe (2 Core Flexible) Make as per approved list. NS - 9

23: - Construction of RCC foundation for 16 mtr. high mast complete in all respect as per the appended design including the cost of digging sand filling 6" lean concrete 1:8:16 / bricks souling, Bar binding cement concret (M-20) shuttering, fixing of foundation bolts, refilling, carrying and erection of High Mast on foundation including petty material to complete the job in all respect up to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge of work.
