Annual Rate Contract for regular operation andMaintenance of all Type LED street Lights and park light Fixture e (Posttop, flood light) of all wattag (watt18, 20, 25, 40, 70, 130 watt & above) with complete materials, Suchas PCB , SPD Drivers, Glass, Chip, Wire etc Including line maintenance (as per scope of work). Complete in all respect. Which also include following work - 1 Maintain the power supply from LT line to meter panel to Auto ON-OFF timer panel to feeder pillar to fuse box/ junction box. 2 For overhead lines supply should be maintan from LT line to meter panel to auto on/off panel to street light fixtures. 3 Replacement of damage cable of any size up to 100 mtr. 4 Replacement of damage contactor and auto on/off timer. 5 Replacement of damage MCB, MCCB, HRC fuse of any rating. 6 Replacement of damage fuse box/junction box. 7 Replacement of damage overhead line road light conductor up to 100 mtr. 8 Replacement/Repair of LED street light if reparing matarial not available than replace by changing new light by own expenditure of same wattage. 9 The Contractor have to replace all type of cables (AB/Underground overhead) upto 100 mtrs. by own expenditure if cables are completed damaged & not repairable. 10 Replacement of damaged/theft wire from JP boxes to light points. 11 The contractor have to operate and maintain CCMS pannels, Web based functionality including instanteous position of electrical paremeters like voltage current, power factor, phase/power availablity, fault/error trigger, Active appocant power. Online/web based functionalities as per scope of work mentioned in tender documents. 12 The contractor must arrange transportation vehicle along with ladder, golves, torch and other protection devices which required. 13 In the case when the fault is major and immediate restoration of phase line for street light is required, contractor must deploy extra labour as per direction of engineer in charge. 14 Contractor will be liable for any type of miss happening or accident at the site. contractor will not be eligible for any type of claim against the NNK for the same.

SITC of three phase centralized control & monitoring system - CCMS (3-Ø) with communication system at each switch point through wed enabled software, generation of necessary alerts at the time of faults/abnormal conditions in the batch on prorata basis. System shall be remotely monitored on mobile/desktop including charges of SIM with recurring charges and operation & maintenance of system for two years. System shall compatible for remote on/off of lights, schedule of timing of lights. Capture the energy usage and other perameters at pre-determined interval and store data for 30 days. Ability to download data in field. Ability to connect with a communication device. System protection against surges. Ability to upgrade tirmwase on field using a communication device. Enclosure fire retardant enclosures FRS/SMC material and with impact resistance of IK10 & IP 65 with standard lock. Communicate securaly with cellular networks or RF. Two-way communicate, Ability to send data regarding energy usage. ON/OFF status etc. Ability to give commands from a central level for switching ON/OFF scheduling etc. web based/mobile based software package with detailed information dashboard. Ability to show the status of each controller on the dashboard, Inter-operblitiy of all support services releted to CCMS, Reports in form of matrix as well as graphical representation, Incorporate logics to determine fault detection at switching point level and power thefts and execute a user defined standard operating procedure to aid in issue remediation. Server uptime should be minimum 99.99% with disaster backup and sufficient storage capacity and processing power of ensure stable operation of CCMS.
