Scarifying or picking gravelled macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area not exc 400 sqm each including removing the unserviceable materials / debris outside the premises not exceeding 50 meter away and disposal of the same all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Soling 150mm (spread thackness) with broken boulders or quarried stone,inter stices filled, surfaces formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber complete all as specified.

15cm thick (compacted thickness) WBM (laying in two layer each layer 7.5cm compact thick), with coarse aggregate (sand stone) of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size), spread, including rolling and consolidated to gradient and camber required complete all as specified.

M&L for Jodhpur stone slabs, self faced 7.5mm to 10mm thick, 25cm to 35cm wide, hoisted and set as in kerb/edging, jointed and grouted in cement mortar 1:4 for etc; embedded inposition including all necessary excavation, tamping ground arround blocks and removal of rubbish/ surplus soil etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Preparing surfaces Unsurfaced water bound macadam by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc.

Applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer at 10 kg per 10 sq metre

Applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer at 5 kg per 10 sq metre

Bituminous premix asphaltic dense concrete 30mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete

Demolition Cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2, (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub floor, sub bases, floor and paving etc; complete all as specified.

M&L for 80mm thick factory made pre cast cement concrete rubber moulded laquer finish using chemical and admixure inter locking tiles having compressive strength not less than 350 kg/Sqcm, of shape and colour as approved by GE , laid over 25mm thick compacted approved sand cushioned surface, joints filled by fine sand and compacting the top surfaces of paver blocks after laid etc of approved make all as specified and as directed.

M&L for factory made precast cement concrete solid blocks M-30 Grade, using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in kerb stones of any size (with plain or interlocking joints as directed) set in cement mortar 1:4 for path edgings etc; embedded in position including all necessary excavation, tamping ground arround blocks and removal of rubbish/ surplus soil etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in kerbs or benching etc including necessary form work complete all as specified.

Making strip, straight line, zebra crossing and stop line not less than 2.5mm thick with hot applied thermoplastic road marking paint of brand Asian (Apcomark) / Berger (Sigmark) (white or yellow) by using automatic mechanical road painting machine all as specified. Note:- Glass beads shall be "Potters" of England/ UAE/ Austria/ Astralia but Not Chinese.
