Excavation in foundation, trenches ( for pipes & pits) upto all depths in all classification of earth work such as pick work, jumper work, saturated soil including bailing and pumping out water, blasting soft/ hard rock or chieselling soft/hard rock where blasting is prohibited in all lifts including trimming and dressing of sides, leveling of beds to correct grade i/c shoring /strutting , planking, timbering & dewatering wherever required, stacking the useable & unuseable material /soil separately & after laying jointing & testing of pipes, returning the useable soil in trenches in 15 cm layers including consolidating of each deposoited layer by ramming & watering & then disposing of all surplus excavated soil /unusable material as directed with in all leads & lifts including restoration unmetalled surfaces to its original condition & including cost of diversion for traffic, night signals, fixing caution boards, crossing over trenches for access to houses, fencing etc. complete in all respects with in all leads & lifts as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12(1 cement:6sand:12 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth complete in all respect in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement:4sand:8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth complete in all respect in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement:2sand:4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth complete in all respect in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement:3sand:6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth complete in all respect in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1cement:1.5 sand : 3graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and re-inforcement for reinforced concrete work complete in all respect in all leads and lifts in :(a) Foundations, footings, bases of columns and the like and mass concrete.

(b) Walls ( any thickness but not less than 0.1 m thickness) attached pillasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, etc. from top of foundation level upto floor two level.

(c )Suspended floors, roofs, landing, shelves and their supports balconies, lintels, beams girders bresumers and cantilevers upto all floor two level .

(d) Beams, Cantilevers, girders and lintels : Sides and soffits of beams, beam haunchings, cantilevers, girders , bressumers and lintels not exceeding 1 metre in depth.

Providing tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending, binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level in all leads and lifts.

Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in foundation and plinth in :- Cement mortar 1:6 (1 Cement : 6 Sand) second class Bricks ( i) Superstructure above plinth level upto flor two level :- (SECOND CLASS BRICKS)

Stone soling/boulder filling dry hand packed under floor etc. complete in all respect in all leads and lifts.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1cement:2sand: 4 graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) laid in one layer finished with a floating coat of neat cement in all leads and lifts. (a) 40mm thick

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames wrought , framed and fixed in position 2nd class deodar wood in all leads and lifts.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centering shuttering strutting and propping etc. height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4mtrs. and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in all leads and lifts (a) Vertical surface such as walls(any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillasters buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like

(b) Foundations, footings, bases of columns and the like and mass concrete.

Beams, Cantilevers, girders and lintels : Sides and soffits of beams, beam haunchings, cantilevers, girders , bressumers and lintels not exceeding 1 metre in depth.

Providing form work of ordinary timber plankings so as to give a rough finish including centering shuttering strutting and propping etc. height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4mtrs. and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in all leads and lifts (a) Acrches, domes, vaults upto all span complete in all respect in all leads and lifts.

Laying,jointing ( by way of circumfrential butt welded joints by electrical arc welding in three layes) and testing of GMS Medium Class pipes of following dia meters confirming to BIS 1239 (Part-1), grade specified below (latest with upto date amendments) having wall thickness as specified below with bevelled ends and capable of withstanding required test pressure in a random length of 4 to 7 meters, including manufacturing reducers/ tapers , all short pieces, bends, Tee etc. as per site requirement made from parent tubes . The laying of pipe will include all operation such as cutting, welding, jointing, fabrication of bends, tees etc. including lowering and laying in excavated trenches to ensure required level including flushing, cleaning and hydraulic testing complete in all respects to the satisfaction of the Engineer in charge. The fabricated bends shall have three or four cuts having its radius not less than five times the dia of pipe. The pipes shall be factory galvanized (zinc coating both inside and outside) as per relevant IS standards. The welding electrodes shall be as per IS 814 of Advani Oerlikon/ L&T or ISI marked make. The rates also includes entire carriage of material, flushing, cleaning & hydraulic testing complete to the best satisfaction & direction of Engineer in charge with in all leads and lifts. (Earth work in trenches will be measured and paid for separately) (i) Raw water stage 150mm dia (M) wall thickness 4.8mm

(ii) Ist stage 150mm dia (M) wall thickness 4.8mm

Providing welding and fixing of MS flanges at suitable reaches, conforming to Table as per IS: 6392-1971 (Latest with upto date amendments) and welding of MS flanges with G.I. pipes/MSERW pipes in two layers on both faces to make the joing leak proof. (The cost of providing and laying of GI pipes/MSERW pipes to be measured and paid for separately). The welding of flanges should conform to IS: 816-1969 with electrode as per per IS:814-1991 and required number of nuts & bolts conforming to IS: 1364. The thickness of gasket not less than 3.00mm conformig to IS: 2712-1998. The work shall be done including all leads and lifts and as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.(i) 150mm dia Table-17

Providing and fixing precast concrete manhole cover & frame conforming to IS: 1259301988 part-I and IS 12592-1991, Part-II 560mm diameter medium duty complete in all respect in all leads and lifts.q

Providing and fixing ridges or hips 60 cm overall with 0.60 mm thick prepainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RNP) organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating to back coat of polyster of 5 microns over 5 microns primar coating including fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6 mm dia meter witrh prepainted GI limpet and bitumen washers complete with all accessories as required by Engineer-in- charge.

Applying one coat of Acrylic primer(Spectrum or equivalent of Superior quality) on new concrete/masonry/plastred surfaces after and including preparing the surface by thorughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matters, sand papering the surface smooth complete.

Wall painting (two coats) with plasic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture on unecorated wall surfaces to give an even shade including thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and sand papered smooth including applying of putty as required for making the surface.

Applying priming coat on new wood and wood based surfaces after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil,greese,dirt and other foreign matters,sand papering and knotting.Ready mixed paint brushing wood primer pink.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new wood and wood based surfaces,with enamel paint to give an even shade including cleaningthe surface of dirt ,dust and other foreign matters sand papering and stopping with enamel paint other than white

Raw water stage including Low cost automation:- Providing, fixing, testing and commissioning of raw water submersible pumping set to handle the turbidity of 4000PPM of appoved make such KSB/BS/JOHNSION/ Oswal make or other make approved by HPJSV conforming to latest relevant BIS code. The pump should be fitted with free flow impellers of bronze/suitable alloy as per BIS 5659-1972 latest suitable for clear water of IS: 5659-1970 having greased packed bearing and shaft with bound stator on motor side & with shaft protection sleeve on pump side ensuring better life for shaft conforming to BIS specifications. The pump shall be directly coupled to a submersible squirrel cage electric induction motor(water proof) of reputed make Kirloskar/ NGEF/Jyoti/Crompton make conforming to BIS 9283-1979 latest with upto date ammendments totally dust & water proof for submersible duty isolated from the pump by intermediate casing with double mechnical seal in oil chamber & grease packed lubricated bearing & provided with stainless steel thrust bearing plate to withstand non vertical loads with minimum wear & tear. It should also be fitted with a device to take up expansion of water with heating of motor. The pump set should include water level guards errection clamps, cable clips & depth gauge etc. & suitable for operationof pumping macninery. It includes the installation of star delta starter panel, protection devices, MCCB/MCB, PLC, HMI, Level sensors and other appliances (as per Technical Specifications attached) tro make the system fully functional to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. Pumping system should be compatible for (i) Total head 30.53 mtr. Disharge 19.92 LPS each set, 2 sets (one standby)

First stage including Low cost Automation:-Providing,Fixing, Testing & Commissioning including automatioin of horizontal spindle,horizontal/redial split casing/end suction(Back-pull out arrangements) single/double/multi stage star rated centrifugal pump or combination of pumps, of recommended make such as Mather and Platt/KSB/ Beacon Weir/Kirlosker/BE/Jyoti or any approved make as per BIS 1520-1980 with upto date ammendments, read with IS:9137-1978 or latest edition suitable for lifting water having turbidity upto 4000 ppm for under mentioned characterestics with bronze,impellers/priming funnels,casing ring and shaft sleeves of bronze,shaft of steel grade 45C8/ EN8 with cast iron casing coupled directly through a flexible coupling on a common MS Base Plate to squirrel cage/TEFC Energy efficient motors ( Conforming to energy efficiency code IE2 or higher ) of standard make such as Kirloskar /BHEL /CG POWER /Siemens /Jyoti /ABB /Marathon or other make approved by the JSV and suitable for operation on 415 (+10% ) and ( -10% ) volts, 50 cycles / second, 3 phase AC electric supply. The power of electric motor/motors should be at +10% in excess of the maximum power required by the pump/pumps in the operation range of (+) 10% and (-)15% of the duty poiint head. It should include cost of bearing nuts , bolts and painting etc. and should meet the following requirements: including Pump sets (working + standby ), necessary piping for suction, delivery & common header, alongwith electrical control panel with soft starters; as per requirement of pumping machinery; Complete work inclusive of all taxes,transportation, freight charges, inspection charges, loading, unloading, conveyance to Departmental stores / site, stacking, etc. including specials and wastage etc. It shall include providing and fixing of C.I/C.S Sluice valves of approved make and appropriate class to resist the design pressure and complete as per Tender Specifications and instruction of Engineer in charge. It includes the installation of star delta starter panel, protection devices, MCCB/MCB, PLC, HMI, Level sensors and other appliances (as per Technical Specifications attached) tro make the system fully functional to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. Pumping system should be compatible for Total head 92.70 mtr. dishcarge =9.96 LPS each set, 2 sets (one standby) for Ist stage
