By Mix in Place Method : Construction of Granular Sub-base providing close graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grade on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401.(with an initial lead of 5Km) (ii) Grading II Material Place Mix.

WBM Grading 2 - Using Screening Type -B 11.2 mm : Water Bound Macadam (Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/binding material to fillup the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the reqd. density as per technical specification Cl. No.405. (A) By manual means.

Prime Coat:Medium Porosity Providing & applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer @ of .90 - 1.2 kg per sqm using mechanical means (Including cost of testing materials at sitre and laboratory as directed by the Deptt.) as per technical specification. Cl. No.502.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion pressure distributor at the @ 0.25 - 0.3 Kg per sqm on prepared surface of granular surface treated with primer 7 cleaned with hydrolic broom as per technical specification. Cl. No.503.

(ii) Using cold Mix Binder (Tailor made as per IRC :SP:100-2014) & by credible technilogy partners duly licensed by CRRI. Open Graded premix surfacing (Providing and laying and laying open graded premix surfacing of 20mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm yto 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing coarse on previously prepared base including mixing in a suitable plant laying and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller 8-10 KN static roller capacity finished to the reqd. level and grade to be followed by Seal coat of either type A or Type B or Type C as per technical specification Cl. No.508.

Seal Coat : Providing and laying and laying Seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grades & cross fall using type A or Type B or Type C as per technical specification Cl. No.510. A ) By manual means Case --1 Type -A ii) Bitumen (S-65).
