Material and labour for cutting down vegetation growths like plants/ trees of any girth from roof tops/ sides, external walls of bldgs, chajjas, wall juctions at junction of rain water/ CI waste water pipe junctions including removal of roots and taking out carefully possible quality of concrete in roofs embedded in walls/ slab surfaces making good affected locations and applying approved chemical (herbal medcine) to arrest further growth and making good the distrubed surfaces with PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 or CM (1:2) complete all as specified and directed. Note : The unit rate quoted shall be deemed to include the cost of scaffoloding/ staging from height of upto four storey bldgs.

Demolition of brick work or stone boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc. including removing of unserviciable material from site complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class `B` bricks, old size, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description built in cement mortar on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. and removing debrish from site complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface and finish the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement as in wall complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying three coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for pre-cast RCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in landings, cover slabs, chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces and set in cement mortar (1:4) including demolition of reinforced concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) and removal of rubbish from site complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for glazed ceramic tiles of size 350x250x7/ 450x350x7 mm (premium quality) coloured in vertical surfaces such as riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over and including 10mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for joint free anti skid outdoor coloured pavement tiles (good grip series) of size 300 mm x 300mm x 7 to 8mm thick, coloured, set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement & pigment as in floor, path etc. and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles laid bedded and pointed in any mortar of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc. of required strength, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed.
