S&F new long rail with rounded edges of size 1980 mm x 90mm x 35 mm of hard wood teak and fixing the same as shown on drawing including one coat of french polish after preparing the surface by sand paper and including removing of old unserviceable long rail from bed etc complete all as specified and as directed

All as per item No 1.02 above but short rail of size 60mm x 60mm of suitable length.

BIN LINEN MULTIPURPOSE (FD/E6/MAP/09)

Supply and fixing new top made out of 18 mm thick BWP (IS:710) plywood with both side lamination with colour / shade, and including removing of old unserviceable top from bin linen multipurpose etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of new door shutters made of 18 mm thick BWP (IS:710) plywood (Make - Greenply Gold 2.0/Archid ply Gold/Century Ply (Architect Ply) with both side lamination as shown on drg and including removing of old and unserviceable door shutters of bin linen multipurpose etc, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of new hinges to bin linen multipurpose as per size and design shown on drg and including removing of old unserviceable hingses etc, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of new chromium plated steel handles to bin linen multipurpose as per sample kept at BSO (Office) & as shown on drg and including removing of old broken handles etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of new back ply of same size made out of 06mm thick plywood (ISI marked), BWP (IS:710) grade duly both side laminated with colour / shade and including removing of old unserviceable back ply of side board etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacement of unserviceable drawer with new drawer of same size and shape duly laminated all sides with 2mm PVC edgebinding. Front of the drawer shall be made out of 18 mm thick BWP (IS:710) plywood with both side lamination with colour/ shade as approved by GE/Engr-in-Charge including CP steel handle. Sides, base and back of drawer made out of 12mm thick ply wood (ISI marked) duly laminated both sides and edge-binded with 2mm PVC edgeninding complete all as shown in drawing and directed.

Supply and fixing new 100mm long CP steel handle with steel screws as per sample ,shape and size and including removing of old/unserviceable handle from the side board etc complete all as shown in drawing and directed.

Supply and fixing new Ist class hard wood teak legs alongwith leg frame of side board and including removing of old unserviceable legs with frame from Side board etc complete all as shown in drawing and directed.

TV TROLLY (FD/E6/MAP/04 )

S&F of new shutters made out of 5.5 mm thick acrylic sheet duly fixed with stainless steel fitting including magnetic catcher to existing TV trolley. All as per size and design and including removing of old broken glass shutters from TV trolley etc complete all as shown in drawing and directed.

S&F of new 50 mm dia swivel type castors wheel to TV trolley and including removing of old/ broken swivel type castors from bottom of TV trolley etc complete all as specified and directed.

POLISHING :- M&L for Anti-termite and anti-bug treatment shall be done before polishing the wooden items and including Scrapping/Grinding will be carried out for renewal of existing dust, dirt, faded polish etc strictly as directed by GE/EIC over and including M&L for melamine polish high gloss/mate finish with spray machine applying shellac,wood filler,shelar etc after removing of existing polish making surfae smooth by sanding and grinding with standard workmanship as directed by EIC to the following furniture articles of MES pattern viz F/DB/FD/MAP series/TP or Similar items incl applying wax for depressed surface as well as washing with caustic soda wherever required before polishing all as specified and all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Shade of polishing/pinting will be directed by GE/Engr-in-Charge.
