Excavation in foundation, trenches etc. in all kinds of soil such as pick work, jumper work, blasting work in soft / hard rock, chiselling in soft / hard including wedging out of a rock where blasting is prohibited and stacking the excavated earth up to all lifts, stacking the excavated soil up to all lead clear from the edge of excavation and then returniing the stacked soil in 15 centimeters layers when required in to plinths, sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and waterng and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as per direction and to the entire satisfation of Engineer- in- charge up to leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement conrete 1 : 3 :6 . ( 1 cement : 3 sand and : 6 grade stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth upto all leads and lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1 : 1½ : 3 mix. ( 1 cement : 1½ : sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinfocement for reinforced concrete work in :

Foundation footings bases of columns and the like; and mass concreteas per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Walls any thickness but not less than 0.1m thickness including attached pillaster buttresses, plinth and string courses from top of foundation upto two level all floor level as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2sand: 4 graded crushed stone agg. 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in :-

(a) Suspended floor roofs, landing, shelves and their supports balconies beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers upto two level all floor level in all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entiresatisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing laying of Tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending binding and placing in position including wire upto all floor level as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering strutting and propping etc. with wooden batten and ballies, in all heights of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtrs and removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in :-

(a) Vertical surfaces such as wall (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillasters, buttresses plinth and string courses and the like in all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

(b) In flat surfaces with steel plates such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landing and the like floor etc upto all thickness in all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

© Edges of slabs and breaks in floors and walls under 20cm wide in all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing Manhole cover of size 60x60 cm made of angle iron frame size 40x40x5mm thick covered with M.S. sheet 2.00mm thick and welded with angle iron frame 35x35x3mm thick including hings, handles, 8 Nos hold fast and locking arrangement along with lock and key of standred make primer two coat with redoxide painted blue broza paint complete in all respect including welding & carriage in all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Laying, jointing and testing in trenches galvanised mild steel tube of light grade screwed and socketed complete including providing and fixing tube fitting such as union, tees, socket etc (excluding cost of bends and valves) for the following dia as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Gun Metal wheel valve of following dia screwed type as per ISI.778-ISI. Marked complete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfactioln of Engineer-in-Charge..

Steel work welded in build up section, trusses and framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paintin grating, framed guard bars ladders, railing brackedts and similar works as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge upto all lead and lift.

Providing & fixing of CI Sluice valve of following dia (with hand wheel) as per IS : 780-1984 class-I upto100 mm dia with Flange Table-5 (i/c brass spindle & as per 2906-1984 class-II for dia.> 300 mm) complete with bolts nuts,rubber insertion etc.,(the tail piece if required shall be measured & paid for separatly)

100mm with Flange Table - 5.

80mm with Flange Table - 5.

Precast concrete block masonry in partitions walls 10 cm. thick with solid blocks of approved size i/c quion block closer etc. made of cement concrete 1:3:6( 1cement : 3 sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal & down gauged) in CM 1:3 (1 cement : 3 Sand)

Providing and placing in horizontal layers filtering media duly graded, screened, cleaned and washed as specified :

Top layer, Fine sand( Eff. Size 0.20mm to 0.40 and uniformity co-efficient 2.00 to 3.00).

Second layer, Coarse sand, 3mm - 6mm

Third layer : Bajri 6mm to 20 mm.

Fourth layer : Bajri 20mm to 25 mm

Bottom layer : Broken stone 50mm to 75 mm.
