Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving, not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level), un-reinforced, complete all as specified.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone surfaces and tiles with bedding etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified.

Demolition of cement concrete reinforced in ground floors and paving, not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level), reinforced, complete all as specified.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (Salt glazed stone ware, AC or RCC pipes) 150mm dia and removal of demolished materials from the site as directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins arches, pillars complete all as specified.

Cleaning of manholes of any capacity or description but depth not exceeding 1.00mtr including pumping out fluid removing all spoil, silt, sludge and other deposits from manholes and making the manhole channel free from all obstacles including taking off and refixing in position of manhole covers after cleaning of manhole cutting the vegetable growth/shurbs/hurbs etc around manholes and removing all spoil, silt, sludge grass and other deposits etc to garbage dumping yard as specified by station authorities in covered van/trolly complete all as directed.

Cleaning of manholes of any capacity or description but depth exceeding 1.00 mtr and not exceeding 1.50mtr including pumping out fluid, removing all spoil silt, sludge and other deposits from manholes and making the manhole channel free from all obstacles including taking off and refixing in position of manhole covers after cleaning of man hole cutting the vegetable growth/shurbs/hurbs etc around manholes and removing all spoil,silt sludge, grass and other deposits etc to garbage dumping yard as specified by station authorities in covered van/trolly complete all as directed.

Cleaning of manholes of any capacity or description but depth exceeding 1.50mtr and not exceeding 3.00mtr including pumping out fluid, removing all spoil, silt, sludge and other deposits from manholes and making the manhole channel free from all obstacles including taking off and refixing in position of monhole covers after cleaning of man hole cutting/removing the vegetable growth/shurbs/hurbs etc around manholes and removing all spoil,silt,sludge grass and other deposits etc out side MoD land in covered van/trolly complete all as directed.

Cleaning of existing sewage line of 150mm bore and any depth by roding or by other means from adjascent manhole without breaking existing pipes including washing the pipe line with water after roding to make the line smooth functional/perfect flow without any obstruction by removing all blockages in the line and removing all spoil, silt sludge and other deposits from pipe line and making the line free from all obstacles including taking off and refixing of manhole covers, cutting vegetable growth over/shurbs/hurbs etc along and over sewage line and removing all spoil, silt, sludge grass and other deposits etc to garbage dumping yard as specified by station authorities in covered van/trolly complete all as directed.

Cleaning of existing sewage line of 100mm bore and any depth by roding or by other means from adjascent manhole without breaking existing pipes including washing the pipe line with water after roding to make the line smooth functional/perfect flow without any obstruction by removing all blockages in the line and removing all spoil, silt sludge and other deposits from pipe line and making the line free from all obstacles including taking off and refixing of manhole covers, cutting vegetable growth over/shurbs/hurbs etc along and over sewage line and removing all spoil, silt, sludge grass and other deposits etc to garbage dumping yard as specified by station authorities in covered van/trolly complete all as directed.

Cleaning of septic tank of capacity 100 users by pumping fluid with sewage cleaning pump and collect the same in water tight container and dispose off out side MoD land disludging of sludge and other foreign materials upto bottom of compartments of septic tank including intercepting chamber and removing to excavated pits of appropriate size( burying of sludge and spreading the earth not exc 30cm thick over filled sludge and removing surplus soil where directed including sprinkling of bleaching powder around ) and washing down with water including cutting of vegetable growth/shurbs /hurbs etc upto 3.00 mtr from outer edge of septic tank walls complete and removing all spoil, silt, sludge grass and other deposits etc to garbage dumping yard as specified by station authorities in covered van/trolly complete all as directed.

Cleaning of septic tank of capacity 50 users by pumping fluid with sewage cleaning pump and collect the same in water tight container and dispose off out side MoD land disludging of sludge and other foreign materials upto bottom of compartments of septic tank including intercepting chamber and removing to excavated pits of appropriate size( burying of sludge and spreading the earth not exc 30cm thick over filled sludge and removing surplus soil where directed including sprinkling of bleaching powder around ) and washing down with water including cutting of vegetable growth/shurbs /hurbs etc upto 3.00 mtr from outer edge of septic tank walls complete and removing all spoil, silt, sludge grass and other deposits etc to garbage dumping yard as specified by station authorities in covered van/trolly complete all as directed.

Cleaning of septic tank of capacity 25 users by pumping fluid with sewage cleaning pump and collect the same in water tight container and dispose off out side MoD land disludging of sludge and other foreign materials upto bottom of compartments of septic tank including intercepting chamber and removing to excavated pits of appropriate size( burying of sludge and spreading the earth not exc 30cm thick over filled sludge and removing surplus soil where directed including sprinkling of bleaching powder around ) and washing down with water including cutting of vegetable growth/shurbs /hurbs etc upto 3.00 mtr from outer edge of septic tank walls complete and removing all spoil, silt, sludge grass and other deposits etc to garbage dumping yard as specified by station authorities in covered van/trolly complete all as directed.

Dewatering of soakage well/soakage pits of 1.80mtr dia and 3.00 mtr deep by pumping fluid with sewage cleaning pump and collect the same in water tight container and dispose off to garbage dumping yard as specified by station authorities and taking out sludge and other foreign materials including cutting of vegetable growth/shurbs/hurbs etc upto 3.00mtr from outer edge of walls of soakage well/pit complete and removing all spoil, silt, sludge, grass and other deposits etc to garbage dumping yard as specified by station authorities in covered van/trolly complete all as directed.

Cleaning and desludging gully trap by taking out all sludge and other forein materials and cleaning the sewage line upto 1st manhole and washing down with water including cutting of vegetable growth around gully trap complete and removing all spoil, silt, sludge, grass and other deposits etc to garbage dumping yard as specified by station authorities land in covered van/trolly complete all as directed

Opening and cleaning of any obstructions/blockages in floor trap of kitchen, urinals, bath rooms and wash hand basin etc including including taking off and refixing grating with white cement including cleaning of waste pipe upto 1st manhole/gully trap (in case of ground floor) and upto tee junction (in case of other floors) complete all as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 metre wide and n exc 1.5 metre in depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits manholes, pier holes etc n. exc 10 Sqm on plan n exc 1.5 metre in depth and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified.

Fly ash brick work with old size bricks having crushing strength not less than 75 Kg/Sqcm, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand), complete all as specified.

Brick work with old size fly ash bricks having crushing strength not less than 75 Kg/Sqcm, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), all as specified.

Plain cement concrete M-7.5, nominal mix, D-2, using 40mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified.

Plain cement concrete M-15, nominal mix, B-1 using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as, in lintels upto 1.50 metres clear span cuts, steps seismic and other similar bends, coping, bands plates for serving hold fasts etc. and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary form work complete all as specified.

Precast reinforced cement concrete M- 15 (Nominal mix) type B-1, (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) set in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) as in manhole cover, bond stones and the like all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) Cost of form work shall be deemed to be included in unit rates quoted. (ii) Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of Schedule 'A'.

M&L for TMT bars 6 to 8mm dia cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hoping for columns hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips ass as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

15mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) with WPC @ 3% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer instruction on other than fair faces of brick work/ random rubble stone masonry finished even and fair without using extra cement, complete all as specified. Note : WPC will be measured and paid separately.

Supply only liquid water proofing admixture (ISI marked) or approved brand.

Salt glazed stone ware drain pipes, grade 'A', laid in trenches and jointed complete,internal dia of pipe 150mm, all as specified.

Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed in cement mortar 1:20 complete with collars, bore of pipe 150mm, all as specified.

Concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested, in plain cement concrete M-7.5, nominal mix, type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate, for bore of pipe 150mm. (For width and depth of PCC bed - refer preamble (a) (i) (ii) on page 391 of SSR Pt-II).

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, 150mm dia, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round 3/4 channel) in cement concrete M-15 type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate, smooth, finished and reforming benching as required complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of HDPE tank of capacity 500 liters cleaning and removing all scale and dirt from wall and floors by rubbing with brushes, cleaning with caustic soda etc etc complete and finally washing with fresh water , including writing date of cleaning with white synthetic enamel paint and removing sludge , scale mud etc to adistance not exceeding 50 metre and deposting complete all as specified.
