Notes : (i) The work consists of 01 job as under:- JOB (A) : MAINT GRANT 2025-2026 (ii) Please refer schedule 'A' notes before quoting the tender. (iii) Amount of Schedule of Credit shall be deducted off line by the department.

Carrying out scheduled maintanence and servicing of all electro - mechanical machinery/panel of existing centrifugal, submersible, monobloc pump,motor and accessories any type any make & model in every days or when ordered including cleaning it's part, removing corrosion, refixing it, rectifying leakage due to loose nut / stud/ gland packing/gland rope/ star packing/ clamps/washers etc of suitable size as required. Details of maintenace should be recorded in register .

Dismantling, opening, rewinding and refixing induction motors of centrifugal pump set with super enameled copper wire of existing gauge and existing class insulation including superior quality varnishing, heating / drying coils, making connections from coil to terminal box, greasing ball bearings, spray painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint, necessary mechinical works for shaft / bearing housing, transportation from installation to workshop & back, connecting, testing and commissioning at site for satisfactorily operation as required for the following:-

40 HP motor

30 HP motor

25 HP motor

20 HP motor

10 HP motor

7.5 HP motor

5 HP/3HP motor

Dismantling and taking down centrifugal pump set 20 to 40 HP capacity, 3 phase, 440 volts from foundation, disconnecting all electrical connection from induction motor, transportation from installation to workshop, renewal of u/s spare parts, re-assembling pumping set including testing and commisioning complete. Note :1- The work shall be carried out at Authrised workshop of manufacturer and bill to be produced to confirm the genuinenes . (Note 2:- Spare parts shall be measured separately against item no 1.11 of BoQ as supply only) Work includes proper allignment of pump with motor .

Supply only following spare parts suitable for existing 20 to 40 HP centrifugal pump set as required:-

Ball bearing suitable for centrifugal pump set 20 to 25 HP.

Ball bearing suitable for centrifugal pump set 30 to 40 HP.

CI impeller suitable for centrifugal pump set 20 to 40 HP.

Shaft suitable for 20 to 40 hp centrifugal pump.

Low joy coupling including rubber star packing & necessary key for fixing on shafts as required.

S&F Rubber star packing for joy coupling fitting .

M&L of following spare parts suitable for existing starter panels as required:-

MNX- contactor 25 amp.

MNX contactor 40 amp.

ML-2 contactor 32 amp.

ML- 1.5 contactor 25 amp.

S&F ATS transformer copper wound as per existing with taping at 50%, 60% and 70%, 3 phase, 415 volts upto 75 HP submersible pump motor as per existing with taking down old .

Carrying out scheduled Testing of water or when ordered of various water sources including borewells, AMC incomming and user point from Central laboratory.

Carrying out scheduled maintanence and servicing of existing chlorine dosing system and accessories any type any make & model in every 15 days or when ordered including cleaning it's part, removing corrosion, refixing it, rectifying leakage due to loose nut / hose pipe using Teflon tape, clamps, lead / PVC washers etc as required.

S&F control valve (Needle Valve) of PVC as required.

S&F PVC 'T' with union as required.

M&L for seven stage cleaning and sterilization of inside the RCC/ Steel Underground/semi underground/Over head/Sedmentation/clear water sumps of capacity UG sump reservoir 2,00,000 gallons through bacteriological treatment by using TERBAC G5/Inchor-5/NB-10/ TERBAC-G-65/ Inoxi-60/NB-69 AND ULTRA VIOLET RAY. Make: rays Cleantech/ Inus watertech/ satya enterprise. seven stages are as under plants:- (a). First Stage is to drain out the water by using exit valve or high capacity dewatering system. (b). Second stage is cleaning all the algae formation inside the tank by using TERBAC G10/ Inoxi-60/NB-69 a laboratory tested branded chemical of the company ans scrubbing the walls of the tanks. (c). Third strage is fresh water cleaning by high speed jet pump. (d). Fourth stage and first bacteria screening is decertification by using TERBAC-G5/ Inohor-5/NB-10 a Govt Laboratory certified brannded halogen compound. (e). Fifth stage is cleaning the floor of water tank by industrial vaccum cleaner. (f) . Sixth stage is the second bacterio screening and sterilizing method by using ultra violet ray within the tnk and kills all suspended bacteria. (g) Seventh stage of cleaning and third bacteria screening is to sterilize the floor of the water tank by using laboratory certified, branded strong oxidizing agent TERBAC-G65/Inoxi-60/NB-69 .

NOTE:-(i) COMPANY WILL SUBMIT GOVERNMENT LABORATORY TEST CERTIFICATE OF TERBAC-G5/INCHOR-5/NB-10, TERBAC-G65/ INOXIi-60/NB-69, BEFORE CLEANING, FIX THE STICKER MENTIONING THE DATE OF CLEANING & NAME OF SITE AND ALSO PROVIDE CERTIFICATE CONFIRMING THE COMPLETION OF STERILIZATION OF WATER TANKS MENTIONING THE NAME OF STATION AND DATE OF CLEANING. ALL THE CLEANING & STERILIZATION STAFFS SHOULD BE UNDER ACCIDENTAL INSURANCE COVERAGE.) (ii) OUTLET PIPE OF OHT SHOULD BE PLUGGED BEFORE CLEANING THE OHT TO AVOID.ENTERING SCALS AND THE SAME SHELL BE RECONNECTED AFTER CLEANING THE OHT AND THE QUOTED RATE IS DEEMED TO INCLUDE FOR THE ROVISION . (III) STERILIZATION TEAM WILL BE COMPRISED OF AT LEAST 30% MEMBERS WHO ARE MINIMUM 03 MONTS CERTIFICATE HOLDER IN WATER TANKS STERILIZATION. (IV) CONTRACTOR WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR RECTIFICATION OF COMPLAINTS OCCURRED DURING CLEANING THE TANK IE. NO WATER IN TANK/OVER FLOW DUE TO BROKEN OF FLOAT VALVE/ BLOCKAGE TO BE INCLUDED IN QUOTED RATE. M&L for borewell inspection through video camera up 250 mtr complete all as specified and directed

M&L for repair of submersible pumpset of capacity 75-80 Hp 3 Ph,415 V, shifting to workshop dismantling and opening up of submersible pump and motor assembly,removing unserviceable spares replacing with new spares such as impeller,bushes distance bush,seal etc of same specification/type/model.removing burnt copper winding from motor and rewinding with same gauge and type of insulation copper conductor winding wires and insulation sheet,applying insulation varnish over the complete winding ,drying up heating,assembling back and testing for proper function including necessary machining works as required,bringing back and reinstalling in to the bore well incl taking up/down column pipes all as specified and as directed
