M & L for non skid coloured ceramic tiles of 7 to 8 mm thick , area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sq m but not exceeding 0.11Sq m in floors set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with colour pigment to match over & including a screed layer of 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 including dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Glazed coloured and cereamic tiles in vertical surfaces 300X200X7mm/ 300x450x7 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over & incl backing coat 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 for laying skirting dados and vertical surfaces including dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles and rubbish off the premises all as specified and directed

M & L for Vitrified ceramic tiles 9-10mm thick (Square/rectangular)polished area of each tiles n.exc 0.36 Sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured (Light Shade)cement to match over & including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar(1:6) for laying floor finishes including dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles and rubbish off the premises all as specified and directed

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles laid bedded on sand/cement pointed in mortar of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc.

M & L for Granite (of any type) tiles 16- 20mm thick machine cut, bedded andjointed with grey cement slurryand pointed with white cementwith admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing, moulding, rounding, chamfered and hole for gas pipes over & incl 15mm thick screed in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified.

M&L for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18-20mm thick over & incl 20 mm thick cement screed base in CM 1:6 laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing polishing and rounded or chamfered for nosing complete all as per specified

M&L 60 mm thick Machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006, M-35Grade with grey cement and with pigment used, excluding laying of sand cushioning complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Sand will be measured and paid seperately

M&L sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles 300x 300x 20mm thick set and jointed in neat cement surry & pointed with grey cement and pigment to match. over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 Complete all as specified
