a. Repairs to the 300mm dia reflux valve of Unit – I of Vighbal-I by way of P/F of MS 12mm thick Weight plate including hinge and pin arrangement. The job includes p/f of nuts, bolts and head gasket to the reflux. The job also includes p/f of 75mm dia bypass arrangement to the reflux valve along with p/f of 75mm dia SS or equivalent ball valve. The job includes dismantling of reflux valve from delivery pipe and reassembling after carrying out necessary repairs at workshop and shall include carriage charges to and fro. b. Welding to the CI casing of Unit-I and II to arrest the leakage using relevant CI electrodes followed by grinding and finishing process. The job shall be carried strictly in the presence of concerned Junior Engineer. Both the units shall be applied with powdered spray paint of blue color as per relevant IS code. c. Manufacturing, providing and fitting of Bypass arrangement to the NRV of Unit-III, fabricated out of 75mm GI pipe and provided and fitted with 75mm dia SS ball valve. d. Design, manufacturing, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of MS 300mm dia reflux valve to the Unit-II at Vighbal-I fabricated out of 5mm thick MS Sheet. The valve shall be provided and fitted with hinged weight plate of adequate thickness, including seating arrangement with opening lid at the top as per design. The Valve shall be provided and fitted with two flanges at the ends with holes on the pitch with nuts, bolts and RI Cloth. The reflux valve shall be provided and fitted with bypass arrangement fabricated out of 75mm dia GI pipe with SS 75mm dia ball valve. The job also includes providing and fitting of two extra flanges of 12mm thickness to be fitted to the pipeline for fitment of NRV. The reflux valve shall be warranted for one full irrigation season. e. Supply, installation and testing of 40mm x 40mm or nearest rating petrol driven priming cum dewatering pump 4S, 1 to 1. 5 Hp for Vighbal I & II LISs. The job also includes Providing and testing of 10m long 3 ton capacity high tensile tension belts (2 No.) and Mild Steel D Type 19mm dia shackles (10 No.) for lifting of the equipment as and when required at site
