Providing laying and rolling of 37.5mm thick Built Up spray Grout in two layer using bitumen VG-30 for tack coat at the rate of

4.00 Kg/10-Sqm. On WBM /BT surface with spreading stone agg. at the rate of 0.50 cum/10-sqm with dry rolling and spraying

11 bitumen over it at the rate of 15 Kg/ 10sqm. And then spreading over it stone agg. at the rate of 0.13 cum/ 10-sqm of key agg on Sqm

top in accordance with the requirement of specification incl. cost of stone agg. bitumen consolidation with vibratory roller,

necessary firewood labor charges machineries equipment tools etc. comp.

Construction of granular sub-base (Grade-I) 150 mm thick by providing coarse graded materials spreading in uniform layers with

mortar graders on preparing surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at O.M.C. and compacting with vibratory

roller to achieve the desired density complete as per clause 401 (using crushed metal as per table 400.1, 53 mm to 26.5 mm @

applying and brooming requisite type of screening /binding /filler materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate watering

and compacting to the required density. Grading – II using screening type- A [13.20 mm agg.]

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam in compacted thickness of 250 mm

spacification including trimix the materials with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed materials by tipper to

site laying in uniform layers (Layer should not be more than 200 mm)with paver in sub base/base course on well prepared surface

and camber with Sensor paver consolidation by vibratory road roller to achieve the desired density by using machine crushed

chips as per required gradation mixing with required optimum quantity of water incl material, labour, plant and machinary and
