Repairs to 06 cusec Hz split casing pump of lift irrigation scheme Gantamulla unit no.01 by way of mechanical transportation, loading, unloading and handling of 06 cusec Hz split casing pump using appropriate means of transport as Mini truck like Tata mobile, Bolero Camper or similar with 1km lead

Extra per kilometer for lead >5.0 kms up to 10.0 kms

Providing and fitting of ball bearing 6315 of SKF /Reputed imported make with adequate greasing.

Fabrication, turning, finishing and fitting of SS shaft sleeve as per old sample approx 2kg/job

Providing and fitting of palmetto packing

Fabrication, turning, finishing and fitting of Bronze/G.M wearing ring as per old sample approx 1.5kg/job.

Repairs to the existing damaged shaft SS by way of rebuilding of shaft using high quality electrodes and then turning the shaft on lathe machine to remove the excess material deposited. The job includes threading or rebuilding and facing etc as per requirement and restore the original dimension and profile of the shaft.

Providing and fitting of TC- 18 coupling set complete along with flexible rubber tyre. The job also includes taking of dimensions at site and then boring of holes at workshop to the coupling halves which shall match with size of shaft of pump and motor

Shifting back pump from workshop to site after proper repairs by way of mechanical transportation, loading, unloading and handling using appropriate means of transport as Mini truck like Tata mobile, Bolero Camper or similar with 1km lead. Extra per kilometer for lead >5.0 kms up to 10.0 kms (8km ). The job also includes the charge of fitting and testing of pump on full load at site.

Repairs to the minor leakeage(530cm) at 03 spots( along 300mm dia M.S rising main at lift irrigation scheme Delina Main at various cracked portions of pipe, pipe flanges, end to end joints, rusted bolts etc. by way of multiple weld runs, using M.S filler material and using appropriate sized of M.S plate of 3mm thick wherever required to make joint strong and leak proof. The job includes hire charges of D.G set, welding set, Gas cutter, load carrier, manual labours and skilled welder for completing the repair work. After successful completion of repair work, the rising main shall be tested on full load.

Repairs to the minor leakeage(320cm long) at 02 spots along 300mm dia M.S rising main at lift irrigation scheme Johama at various cracked portions of pipe, pipe flanges, end to end joints, rusted bolts etc. by way of multiple weld runs, using M.S filler material and using appropriate sized of M.S plate of 3mm thick wherever required to make joint strong and leak proof. The job includes hire charges of D.G set, welding set, Gas cutter, load carrier, manual labours and skilled welder for completing the repair work. After successful completion of repair work, the rising main shall be tested on full load.

Repairs to the minor leakeage(236cm) at 03 spots near pump house along 200mm dia M.S rising main at lift irrigation scheme Zehanpora at various cracked portions of pipe, pipe flanges, end to end joints, rusted bolts etc. by way of multiple weld runs, using M.S filler material and using appropriate sized of M.S plate of 3mm thick wherever required to make joint strong and leak proof. The job includes hire charges of D.G set, welding set, Gas cutter, load carrier, manual labours and skilled welder for completing the repair work. After successful completion of repair work, the rising main shall be tested on full load. The job also includes the charge for p/f rubber with new nuts & bolts for 200mm dia NRV near pump station to make it leak proof.

Repairs to 250 mm dia M.S foot valve unit no.01 of lift irrigation scheme Khadniyar & Delina Ghat installed on suction side by way of extraction of foot valve from their installed position with the help of skilled labour, then shifting it to loading site, then loaded in boat to cross the river & loaded in private load carrier to workshop for repair work. The job includes the charge for repair hinges, weight plate, welding to damaged area by way of welding /patching etc for the completion of work. The job also includes the charge for p/f of new washers, nuts& bolts, repairs to strainer by way of replacement of damaged square bar with new one wherever required for the completion of work. After proper repair at workshop, shifting it to site in private vehicle & boat , fitted it properly and tested on full load.(01 no)
