Providing and laying Porous hot bituminous mix as per grading of IRC SP 125: 2019 with Drum/batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 3.1 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects and then cooling to air temperature. Subsequently then grouting through cementitious material to ensure full depth grouting for CGBM layer (40mm) as per job mix formula developed by CRRI in all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
