Laying of earthmat and earthing of Indoor & outdoor equipments of the Sub-Station after proper clamping and welding of joints including painting inside soil as per RESSPO/ Approved drawing details as given below. In any case earth resistance of grounding system should not exceed more than 2 Ohms (M.S. Bar will be provided by Deptt.)

Laying of M.S. Bar of 32mm dia for making the complete earthmat in the trenches in S/s Yard more than depth of 750mm and 500mm width with their straightening, cutting accordingly and welding with overlap joint of 100mm cross joint & T joint (all welding joints should be tested by ultrasonic method).

Making and driving of 3 Mtr. Long electrodes from 32mm dia M.S. Bar having one end conical 150mm long by heat tempering including cutting upto 750mm depth from ground level and welding with earth mat.

Making of triangular bridge by using M.S. electrodes and M.S. Strip 50x6mm with providing of well type pipe earthing upto 10 Mtr. Depth below G/L including welding etc. by boaring process at LA and two side of 11 KV S/G including cost of GI Pipe of size 40mm dia 10 Mtr Long of ISI mark.

welding & laying of G.S. strip 50x6mm size with structures and all equipments in switchyard and control room, M.S. Bar including cutting, binding and proper fixing etc. complete. The welding and laying of G.S. Strips to L.A. with full length of structures and also the M.S. bridge near L.A. structures.

Construction of Power T/F plinth in size 4.5x3.5Mtr. 6 inches above ground level and fixing of rail pieces 2 Nos. as per RESSPO/ Approved Drawing suitable upto 10 MVA load with complete material.

fabrication, erection and grouting of the following structures as per RESSPO/ Approved Drawing and its, plinth 45cm above ground level as directed by the Engineer Incharge, Grouting of structure will be done in 1:4:8 ratio of cement, sand & coarse aggregate with material including all accessories (All steel sections & grouting material will be provided by The firm).

Mounting and installation, including Mechnical & electrical fixing and adjusting of the following equipments on their respective structures including proper adjustment:

Complete laying and termination of copper control cable from 5 MVA power T/F and 33 KV VCB in the out door switch yard in the Transformer relay control panel inside the control room including cost of all materials and labour required for proper completion of works as per RESSPO drawings.

Stringing of 33 KV Bus bar with ACSR Dog/Panther conductor including fixing of Disc insulator, strings and tension fitting complete with sagging of bus bar etc and making vertical/Horizontal jumper connections through PG clamps and connecting all the equipments with each others through connecting clamps, work includes all the jumpering from terminal gantry to bus bar and from bus bar to transformer (2 No. T/F Bay's). (All type of insulator, fitting, PG clamp etc. provided by Firm).

Making of M.S. Angle Ladder type frame of Angle (65x65x6mm) & M.S. Strip (50x6mm) near power transformer for power cable with concreting in 1:4:8 ratio of cement, sand & coarse aggregate and proper clamping (50x6mm) of the same with transformer cable (All steel sections & grouting material will be provided by The firm).

Making of M.S. Angle frame of (65x65x6mm) in the shape of "L" to connect T/F Neutral by copper flexible strip with proper clamping including cost of copper strip. Earthing of Power T/F Neutral shall be done separately including welding with M.S. bar Electrode bridge 1 No. after making in triangular shape and proper connection with well type earthing etc. Grouting of structure will be done in 1:4:8 ratio of cement, sand & coarse aggregate (All steel sections & grouting material will be provided by The firm).

Laying of 11KV cable of different size from power T/F to control room I/C and control room to D/P outside Sub-Station over a pad of river sand . Cable shall be laid 500mm below the ground in the yard by covering three sides with Ist Class brick and Ganga sand (All type laying material will be provided by the Firm except 11 KV cables ).

11 KV Cable hoisting with MS Pipe

Erection and grouting of double pole structure of PCC Poles/S.T. Pole for Sub-Station T/F including mounting of 63/100KVA, 11/0.4 KV T/F and providing 11 KV T.P.M.O. with Fuse set and jumpers etc. complete in all respect as per RESSPO drawing alongwith grouting material (All type of insulators, steel, clamps, earthing rod, GI pipe & grouting material provided by the Firm except PCC pole & 63 KVA Transformer).

Erection and grouting of double pole structure of PCC Poles/S.T. Pole including stays for 11KV out door feeders, complete in all respect as per RESSPO drawing along with grouting material about 3 meter 4" dia G.I. pipe along with required elbow shall be provided at D/P for power cable including provision of 02 Nos. feeders name plate on D/P. (All type of insulators, steel, stay set with wire, earthing rod, clamps, GI pipe & grouting material provided by the Firm except PCC pole).

Erection of 11 KV incoming, outgoing and bus coupler panels (with testing & setting of relays) in substation control room including grouting of Anchor bolts of panel and making of pocket for power cable to insert in panel from trench and complete filling of control room's tranches by river sand.

Erection & testing of 1 No. double T/F Control penel in substation control room including grouting of anchor bolts of panel and making of pocket for control cable to insert in panel from trench and complete filling of control room's tranches by river sand.

Erection & testing of 1 No. 33 KV feeder control penel in substation control room including grouting of anchor bolts of panel and making of pocket for control cable to insert in panel from trench and complete filling of control room's tranches by river sand.

Termination of 11 KV Different size XLPE cable by filling 11 KV heat shrinkable type cable boxes including proper connection with LV side of T/F switch gear panels and double poles by providing suitable connectors.All the 11 KV cable boxes of different sizes shall be provided by the contractor.

Shifting and dragging of 33/11 KV 5 MVA transformer from road side to its plinth alongwith its erection including fixing of all assessories and top-up of T/F oil.

Providing and fixing of Distribution Board (600x450x6mm on bakelite sheet) on wall on ms angle frame with 4x16mm2 L.T. cable 50 meter long and other accessories such as 3 Nos 32A 3 Poles switch, 3 Nos bulbs, 3 Nos fuse cut out 32A and etc complete in all respect (All type material provided by the Firm).

Lightning Arrengment for switchyard :-

Erection and grouting of 8.5 Mtr long, 6 Nos. PCC Poles (Single support) with digging of pits. Fixing of all accessories alongwith clamps, street light fittings, concreting work in 1:4:8 with material including all accessories, 06 Nos. ISI Mark . This will also include work of erection and grouting of 4 Nos. stays with stay with stay wire to be given by cotractor (All type of insulators, clamps & grouting material provided by the Firm except PCC pole).

Providing and fitting of 80W LED street light with fitting & all accessaries complete in all respect with complete wiring and material switch etc.

Stringing of LT ABC Cable 3x50+1x35+1x16sqmm with its proper clamping, sagging and making section points etc. complete in all respect.

Painting of the fabicated structures with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of synthetic enamel alumm. Paint/green paint of ISI Mark alongwith earthing strip above ground level.

Construction of Toe wall around the outdoor Switchyard of the S/S of size 0.75 Mtr At base and 0.23 Mtr. At top as per RESSPO Norms by Ist class bricks in the ration 1:6 Base concreting of the wall to be done in ratio 1:6:12 and plaster 12mm thick in ratio 1:4.

Fabrication of switchyard fencing with wire mesh 8/10 SWG as per drawing along with Fabrication of one number gate made of MS Angle, MS channel, MS Flat, together with locking arrangement, its installation including the cost of civil material, angle 50x50x6mm, 75x75x6mm etc.

Providing of fire buckets stand ( Hut Type) made of M.S. Angle 50x50x6mm as per drawing with fabrication and grouting and painting by post office red paint and letter writing etc. complete including the cost of fire bucket-6 Nos. in the switch yard of the sub-station filled with Ganga sand.
