Opening, Cleaning and clearing the blocked WHB, Nahani trap, gully trap, floor trap, bottle trap, water closet (Indian/Orissa or English type) operational; at any floor including cleaning of traps and CI drain pipe (any type and any position) from WC's / trap to manhole Cleaning and well flushing, pressure pumping , taking out all residues etc and removing the same to distance not exceeding 1000m, burried the same underground in low laying area and covering the same with earth including removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 500m. complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of blocked sewage lines of any dia and including man holes (between manhole to manhole and man hole to septic tank) of depth up to 1.50m by mechanical means (or by rodding with bamboo and gunny bags where mechanical means is not possible) and removing muck sludge/silt/liquid/night soil (in foul position) and removing the same using sealed tins or sludge removal tankers to a distance exceeding 50m outside of MD land premises and refixing the manhole covers in same position etc and testing of man holes by filling with water etc complete all as directed.

All as per Serial item No.2 here-in-above, but depth exceeding 1.5 metres and not exceeding 3.00 metres

Removing manhole covers, Cleaning of manhole chamber of depth up to 1.5m, removing muck sludge/silt/liquid mud etc, (in foul position using sealed tins or sludge removal tankers) to a distance exceeding 50m outside MD land premises, testing of manholes by filling with water etc and relaying the manhole covers in same position complete all as directed.

All as per Serial item No.4 here-in-above; but depth exceeding 1.5 metres and not exceeding 3.00 metres

Opening covers of Septic tank, Soak wells, removing/bailing out liquid along with floating material, sludge from any position in foul conditions by mechanical means using suction pump, hose pipe and its accessories mounted on vehicle so that pumping can be easily be carried, cleaning the inlets and outlets with water, disposing off the sludge to a distance exceeding 50m outside MD land premises complete, relaying the covers back in position and including rough excavation for burring the liquid, sludge in the excavated area and levelling the same all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Notes:- (i) Quoted rate shall deemed to include rough excavation to burry liquid / sludge and leveling. (ii) Internal size of septic tank up to existing liquid depth will be measured for payment. (iii) The tenderer has to take cognizance of approach to septic tank and the length of hose pipe required for pumping the sewage. No extra claim what-so-ever arising shall be entertained on this account. The quoted rate shall deemed to include this aspect.

Cleaning of Septic tank/Soak well by taking out muck/sludge/silt/mud etc under any position including foul condition manually and disposing off the same in sealed tins to a distance exceeding 50m out side MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Surface dressing around septic tank/filter bed, soak well within fencing n.exc 15 cm deep in hard/ dense soil including cleaning away all grass, vegetations, saplings, shrubs, bushes, weed under growth, roots, trees n.exc 30cm girth etc and removing rubbish to a distance 50m and depositing where directed complete all as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exc. 1.5 meter in deep not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and getting out in hard/dense soil.

All as per Item No. 9 here in before but exc. 1.5 meter and not exc. 3.0 meter in deep, complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m & depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of Brick work or PCC solid block masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings dressed stone work and pre-cast concrete articles.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for cover slabs and similar work all as specified.

Material and labour for Plain cement concrete 100 mm thick 1:3:6 type C2 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Plain cement concrete 100mm thick 1:2:4 type B1 (20mm graded stone aggregate) and complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Plain Cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate for foundation filling and mass concreting.

Material and labour for providing plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in benching, edging, chamfering, etc complete all as specified and directed

Extra for forming fair finished channel or drain 30cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including mitered/stopped ends, forms mould etc, complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for providing plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in bed blocks/coping etc including necessary form work all as specified.

Material and labour for providing precast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate for cover slab set in CM 1:4 including necessary form work.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work/concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with approved water proofing compound finished even and smooth with out using extra cement. Note :- Supply only of water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately where required.

Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking bending spirally for handle, rungs and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips, as in cover slabs all as specified and as directed by engineer-in-charge.

Demolition and breaking up 150mm dia SWG drain pipe set in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors/ walls laid bedded and pointed in any mortar etc. complete removal of debris outside MD land all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver blocks/tiles , any shape & size with grey cement and pigment confirming to IS-15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 grade over 50 mm thick sand cushion complete all as specified and directed , complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: Quoted rate shall deemed to include for 50 mm thick Sand cushion)

Material & labour for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver blocks/tiles , any shape & size with grey cement and pigment confirming to IS-15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness, M-40 grade over 50 mm thick sand cushion complete all as specified and directed , complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: Quoted rate shall deemed to include for 50 mm thick Sand cushion)

Material and labour, for Coloured PCC chequered tiles of size 30cmx30cmx 25mm thick set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey pigment cement & pigment etc and Screed bed or bedding layer of 20mm thick in CM (1:4) for laying floor finishes as specified and as directed.
