SITC of cubicle type indoor AMF control panel of rating 200KVA panel with hinged doors, all accessories including control wiring with 2 Nos 320 A 4 Pole, 35 KA MCCB with Thermal magnetic release, 2 Nos 400 A AC 3 rating 4 pole power contactors for mains supply and EA set, Micro processor based AMF controller having facility to start the EA set and restore power supply with RS485 communication port and in accordance with the attached detailed specifications as required. ( AMF Controller Make :-C& S EC -2 or similar superior models of Deep Sea/ Bernini/ Siemens/ ABB/ Allen Bradley)

Important Note :

i)The AMF panel is to be installed in the substation room. ii) The DC supply for AMF panel is to be extended from DG set canopy .iii)The GA and control wiring drawing of the AMF panel shall be got approved from the Engineer in charge before fabrication.iv) The AMF panel is to be integrate with existing 400 KVA DG set (Make: Kirloskar ) and its generator controller .v) It is not necessary to extend already available safeties in the dg set controller like LLOP, HCT etc to the existing AMF panel

Relaying the existing 3.5c x300/400sq.mm Al. armoured cable on surface of wall/ existing cable tray/existing duct after disconnecting from MV panel , dismantling etc as required

Supply and laying 12c x 1.5 Sq.mm copper armoured cable from DG set to the AMF control panel through existing masonry duct /on surface of wall etc as required

Termination of the existing 3.5 c X300/400Sqmm Al.armoured cable using existing gland and with new aluminium legs etc as required

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing masonry open duct as required. (a) Above 185 sq. mm and upto 400 sq. mm

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on existing cable tray as required (a)Above 185 sq. mm and upto 400 sq. mm (clamped with 40x3mm MS flat clamp)

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required (a)3 1/2 x 240 Sq.mm

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and copper lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required (a)12c x1.5 Sqmm
