SPL REPAIR OF MD ACCN BLDG NO. 4/R/13 (TOTAL 24 QTRS) UNDER GE (S) BINAGURI

PART-I : (B/R WORKS) Demolition of reinforced cement concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) of any description & in any position not specifically provided for, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of coloured non-skid joint free non skid tiles ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shades of tiles over 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layers in CM 1:6 complete all as per specified and as directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles of design as approved by GE 8 to 10 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white cement mixed with pigment to match with shed of tiles over and including 15mm thick screed bed or beading layer of cement mortar (1:6) for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, vertical surface,in skirting etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement match as in floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) as backing layer in vertical surfaces of skirting dados repir to steps complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles 350x 250x 7 mm/ 450X 350X 7mm thick, on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados and risers to steps etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or Coloured cement to match over, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for RCC 1: 1.5 :3 (Nominal Mix) type A-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in kitchen slab including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 6mm to 8mm dia cut to length , bent to shape required, including cranking , bending and binding with MS wire , not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clip, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of stone slab of any description or thickness as in floors, apron etc laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar, complete all as specified and as directed.
