Operation of the STP having capacity following capacity comprising of all machinery including pumps and all other associated equipments in each shift i/c Sunday,Holiday, National holiday as per the scope of work attached.
500 KLD STP Plant in three shifts.
300 KLD STP Plant in three shifts.
100 KLD STP Plant for 12 hrs a day.
Comprehensive maintenance of STP having 500 KLD capacity comprising the repair/replacement of defective parts of pumps like bearing /gland / Nuts & bolts/ Packing/ Oil-seal/blower, removal of pipe line leakages, winding of blower/ pump motors, part pertaining to electrical panel such as relay/ contractors/ indicating lamps/ cable/ lugs/ cable joint kits including chlorine dosing using sodium hydro chloride solution, lubricants for blowers/gearbox/ hydraulic system and quarterly testing from DPCC, comprehensive maintenance of 125 KVA DG set, providing lab chemicals for daily testing of STP water and repair/maintenance of Lab equipments as per inventory and scope of work attached.

Replacement of ACF & DMF Media once in a year for 300 KLD / 500 KLD STP plant if required.
Replacement of Oil Skimmer Oil Scrapping strap for swage collection tanks as Required
Replacement of old Wire Meshes with New SS wiremesh (5x5 mm space) for the swage collection/Airation tanks etc. as required.
Replacement of Level switches as & when required.
