Construction of embankment for road way with approved materials obtained from borrow pits or other sources in layers of suitable thickness not exceeding 200mm (Two hundred milimetre) thick each layers and compacted with 80-100 (Eighty-Hundred) K.N static/vibratory road roller to meet the requirement of table 300.1 and 300.2 of to lines, grades, levels and cross sections as per drawing and MORTH technical specifications section 300 and other relavent clauses including preparation of foundation for embankment in all kinds and classification of sol including saturated soil and dewatering/bailing out of water where ever required including handling of material for construction of embankments within all leads and lifts.The rate is including Royality, Malkana, Octroi, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Excavation in soil in hilly area in all heights and depths and in all kind of soil by manual/mechanical means including saturated soil comprising of ordinary soil, soft rock, hard rock, chieselling/ wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soil, setting out true to the required lines, grades, cutting and trimming of side slopes and level as shown in the drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-charge at site according to the MORD technical specification section 300 and 1600 and sorting out useful materials and stacking the same in all leads and lifts in acquired width of road and transportation of un-useful material for filling in road ways, camber, embankments for grade improvements and disposal of all surplus material the approved dumping sites through all modes of transportation including head load or animal transport or mechanical means along with its leveling fine dressing and hanling/carriage of machineries, materials, tools, equipment and safety measures. All useful material such as stones, shingles, aggregate and slates etcetra shall be sorted out and stacked in proper stack. Any loss to the public/ private property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor, which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all cases.
