M&L for repair to potholes any depth, not exc 01 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened and graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) and applying tack coat with bituminous primer at 5Kg per10 Sqm , putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.80 Kg Per 10 Sqm, blinded with 0.09 cum of stone chipping, 6.3mm size and again well rammed with 8 to 10 tonne rolls, depth of pote holes exc 30mm complete all as specified.

M&L for premixed Bituminous macadam, (consolidated thickness 75 mm or less) using binder contents 4% by weight of total mix, over primed surfaces of road using paving bitumen (grade VG-30), any panetration, laid/rolled and compacted with 10-12 tonne power roller to required camber complete all as specified and directed. Note: (a) Rate quoted shall be inclusive of the cost of Bitumen extraction test of mix at reqd/specified interval. (b) The work shall be carried out by using mechanical paver and rolled with 10-12 tonne power road roller.

M&L for preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt and applying evenly a tack coat with paving bituminous (VG-30) primer 5 Kg/10 Sqm complete all as specified and directed. Note: (a) Surface shall be cleaned and approved by Engr-in-Charge before applying priming coat of bitumen. (b) Rates shall include applying mechanical air compressor to remove dust and sweeping residual. (c) Rates shall include for applying sample primed surface by using 5 Kg of bituminous primer (VG-30) in stretch of 10 Sqm of proposed/prepared road surfaces.

M&L for bituminious premixed semi dence asphaltic concrete (SDAC) by mecanical paver, 30mm consolidated thickness using crushed graded stone aggregated mixed with binder content @ 5.5% by weight of total mix using paving bitumen, rolled & compacted to required chamber & gradient with 10 to 12 tonne capacity power rooler complete all as spacified. Note: (a) Rate quoted shall be inclusive of the cost of Design mix to be obtained from approved lab. (b) Rate quoted shall be inclusive the cost of Bitumen extraction test of mix at reqd/specified interval. (c) The work shall be carried out by using mechanical paver and rolled with 10-12 tonne power road roller.

M&L for moorum/red bajri filling for berms laid in layers n.exe 15 cm thick, spread, level and rammed to a true surfaces including watering complete as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of PCC in ground floors & paving not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) (unreinforced) all as directed.

M&L for Hardcore of gauge n.exc 63mm, using graded broken stone aggregate deposited, spread and levelled in layers n.exe 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surfaces complete as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in floors/subbase finished the surface fair and even complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand including removing of old broken pover blocks and stacked as and where complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: (a) Rate quoted shall be inclusive of the cost of testing of random samples of Precast cement concrete (M-30) paver blocks.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar (1:3) (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed. Note: (a) Rate quoted shall be inclusive of the cost of testing of random samples of Precast cement concrete (M-25) kerb stones. (b) Rate quoted shall be inclusive of the cost of necessary exavation for laying stones and removal of old damaged kerb stones incl staking of debris, where directed for disposal under relevant item.

M & L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like n. exc 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction including cleaning the road surfaces of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign materials etc. complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing in repair metal tubular delineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos. 65mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yelow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC (1:2:4) (150x150x300mm) type B1 comlete all as secified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 110mm x 120mm x 24mm with PMMA striplens reflector, model No. DA 972 of DARKEYE, fixed with and incl MS Stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions comlete all as secified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (Shank 65mm) of high effeciency mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair convex mirror of 80cm dia with MS poles of 50-60mm dia medium grade (length of poles is 2.00m) fixed with cleats and hooks including nuts, embedded in post holes of size (40cm x 40cm x 60cm) in PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded aggregate and including necessary excavation complete all as specified and directed.
