Cleaning of U.G.R. i/c removal of algies, fungous, sand, scurbbuing with wire brush, narial rassi, sweeping with jharu to give a clear surface, washing of floor & walls inside the tank i/c washing of vertical walls & columns, spraying the inside of tank walls and celling non-toxic, biodegradable anti bacterial agent licence from Food and Drugs Administration (FDA) and certified by Govt. approved laboratory for non-toxicity of anti bactrial for tank cleaning as per OECD guideline 432 Dec-01 (Necessary certificate should be attached). Cleaning of Over Head Tank 2000 KL capacity 22.0 m. High staging i/c sweeping & scrubbing of bottam & side surface & also cleaning & disposal of silt, sand by manual & also by chain pulley block arrengment complete with supporting & rassi arrengment i/c washing of wall surface with water pressure with jet pump spraying the inside of tank walls and celling non-toxic, biodegradable anti bacterial agent licence from Food and Drugs Administration (FDA) and certified by Govt. approved laboratory for non-toxicity of anti bactrial for tank cleaning as per OECD guideline 432 Dec-01 (Necessary certificate should be attached). Mechanized cleaning, disinfecting & chemical treatment of OHT & UGR of all shapes & size by initially cleaning the external area & the entry manhole with skilled manpower in protective clothing and apparatus etc. & approve electrically operated equipment i/c all tools, trackles & consumables & labour equipment's e.g.

a) Mechanical Dewartering.

b) The desilting and removale of dirty water and mud with mud removal pump.

c) Cleaning of walls,celling and floors by high pressure water Jet. The help of equipment which create a pressure of 100 to 150 bar with anti-bacterial agent licence from Food and Drugs Administration (FDA) disifacting the tank from all harmfull bacteria, Fungi, algae & Protozoan the active ingreadient shall be Banzalkonium Chlorede solution IP 4% W/V or equivalant similar compound as per the direction & approved by Engineer-in-charge.

d) Desilting and removal of leftover dirty water and sludge with sludge removal pump.

e) Spraying on the inside of tank walls and celling non-toxic, biodegradable anti-bacterial agent certified by Govt. Approved laboratory to disinfect the tank with dosing as per OECD guideline 432 Dec-01 (Necessary certificate should be attached).

f) Treatment of inside of tank walls and celling by exposing to ulta Violet radiation to kill futher suspended or floating bacteria if any. (NSI-10.4.00)

Providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc. i/c welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc. of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-in-charge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.) (DSR-18, I.No.-10.28/P-186)
