Servicing of variable spring hangers installed on 750 mm dia to 900 mm large dia gas pipeline connected to 50-60 meter height exchange unit towers. The contractor shall arrange winch and JHULA( Man carrying basket for carrying out above job. The job involves dismantling of Spring Hanger Supports from Pipelines, locking of spring at set cold load, removal of spring hanger from pipeline, Shifting of Spring Hangers to Work Station at Site, Cleaning of Fasteners, ISMC, Pipe Supports, Pipe Clamps, Cleats, Internal Parts of the Spring Hangers like Springs etc. The springs hangers are to be serviced and repaired wherever required. All the components are to be dried lubricated, assembled, and painted by one coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer and two coats of chlorinated rubber paint of Grey Color. The DFT of two coats of paint shall not be less than 70 micron. Contractor shall use Asian/Berger/Equivalent paint in sealed tins only and paint shall be applied with the help of spray gun. The erection of the spring hanger supports to the support location and cold load and hot load setting. The entire process shall be carried out by the use of Hydraullic Jacks, Wintches, Chain Pulley Blocks and Speciffic Tools with skilled and experienced manpower. Type of spring hangers included are VS-1, VS-2, VS-3 etc and load may vary from approx. 2000 Kg to 5000Kg. Material and preparation of scaffolding is in scope of contractor. Load scales wherever damaged and scales are not appearing are to be provided with new aluminum plate with duly mentioned scale and riveted on the spring hanger. Spring hanger numbers are to be mentioned and date of servicing to be written on spring hanger or its mounting structure.

The job includes Dismantling of Spring Hanger Supports from Pipelines, Shifting of Spring Hangers to Work Station at Site, Cleaning of Fasteners, ISMC, Pipe Supports, Pipe Clamps, Cleats, Internal Parts of the Spring Hangers like Springs etc. The springs hangers are to be serviced and repaired. Dismantling of Pipe Turn-Buckle Supports in Exchange Unit and RAHIE from pipe lines up to 15 meter height, shifting to work station at Site. Cleaning of Fasteners, ISMC, Pipe Supports, Pipe Clamps, Turn Buckles and its threads, Cleats etc. The turn-buckles are to be serviced, threads are to be lubricated by Lithium based grease and repaired including minor welding work and threading. All the components are to be lubricated, assembled and painted by one coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer and two coats of chlorinated rubber paint of Grey Color. The DFT of two coats of paint shall not be less than 70 micron. Contractor shall use Asian/Berger/Equivalent paint in sealed tins only and paint shall be applied with the help of spray gun. The erection of turn-buckle supports to the support location, installation, tightening fasteners at standard value specified by HWPK EIC and requisite load setting. Entire process shall be carried out by the use of Hydraullic Jacks, Wintches, Chain Pulley Blocks and Speciffic Tools with skilled and experienced manpower. Material and preparation of scaffolding is in scope of contractor. Structure of turn buckle mounting area 250 mmx250 mm shall be painted and turn-buckle numbers and date of servicing are to be written.

installation,load testing and operation of manual passenger lifting winch ( 01 Nos.)over cold/hot tower for transporting people (Max. 02 Nos.at a time) up to 50 meters height suitable for 1.0 MT SWL along with ¾” dia. Alloy 20 steel rope, leather brake, ratchet and pawl arrangement for self locking with stable structural base frame, 5MT pulley along with passenger cart ( JHULA) as per technical specification or guideline of Engineer in charge. the man power required for winch assembly, winch installation,winch operation, winch testing, tool tackles, slings and any other lifting/rigging material shall be in contractor scope.The winch system after all necessary testing shall be used for transportation of one/two persons for hydrotesting/ISI job for one full day.
