Excavation in foundation, trenches etc. in earth work in all classification of soil such as pick work, jumper work, pick jumper work, blasting work, jumper blasting work, soft and hard blasting and saturated soil, de-watering, including wedging out rocks where blasting work is prohibited, chiseling or any other mixed variety of soil, de-watering and/or removal of slush and incidentals, lift upto any heights, stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 mtrs (Three meters) clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in15cm (Fifteen centimeter) layers, when required into plinths, sides of foundation etc; consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering and then disposing of all excavated earth as directed by the Engineer-Incharge, within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8(One cement: four sand: eight graded broken stone crushed aggregate 40 mm (forty milimetre) nominal size in mechanically mixed including curing and pumping or bailing out water/dewatering/removal of slush during concreting if required at site complete for all height/depth excluding cost of form work and reinforcement in foundation and plinth including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts, and other incidentals.

Providing thermo mechanical treated/ Tor steel reinforcement for Reinforced cement concrete work including bending, binding and placing in position and including cost of binding wire complete for all floors including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts, and other incidentals.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm. (Three decimal fifteen milimetre) thick welded with angle iron frame 30x30x5mm (Thirty milimetre into thirty milimetre into five milimetre ).,so as to give a fair finish including centering shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies heights of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in foundation, footings, bases of columns etc and mass concrete, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts, and other incidentals.

Providing form work with steel plates of 3.15mm (Three decimal fifteen millimeters)thick, welded with angle iron in frames of 30x30x5mm(Thirty into Thirty into Five millimeters),so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering strutting and propping etc, with wooden battens and ballies for all heights and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in columns, pillars , posts and struts, square, rectangular, polygonal in plan, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts, and other incidentals.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm.(Three decimal fifteen milimetre) thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm.,(Thirty into thirty into five milimetre)so as to give a fair finish including centring,shuttering strutting and proping etc. with wooden battens and ballies including dewatering/ pumping or bailing out water wherever required at site complete upto any heights/ depth of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling and removal of the same for insitu- reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landings and the like including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts, and other incidentals.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4(One cement: Two sand:four graded crushed stone aggregate 20 mm (Twenty milimetre) nominal size mechanically mixed and vibrated and curing complete so as to obtain minimum crushing strength of M-20 grade and curring complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in foundation, footing bases of columns and the like and mass including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts, and other incidentals.

Second class brick masonry in common burnt clay building bricks in super structure above plinth level upto all floor level in cement mortar 1:6 (One Cement is to Six Sand). The rate is inclusive for carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and fixing panelled glazed or panelled and glazed shutters for doors windows and clerestory windows i/c black enamelled in but hinges with necessary screws 40mm thick 2 nd class deodar wood including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts, and other incidentals.

Providing and fixing wire gauge shutters using galvanized M.S. wire gauge of IS gauge designation 85-G with a wire of dia 0.56(Zero decimal Fifty six milimetres) for doors and windows and clerestory windows including bright finished black enameled iron hinges with necessary screws 40mm (Forty milimetres) 2nd class deodar wood, within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and fixing oxidized M.S. sliding door bolts with nuts and screws etc. complete 250x16mm (Two hundred fifty into sixteen milimetre) size including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts, and other incidentals.

Providing and fixing 150x10mm (One hundred fifty into ten milimetre)size aluminum tower bolts (barrel type) anodized transparent or dyed to required colour and shade with bolts and nuts screws etc. including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts, and other incidentals.

Providing and fixing 125mm (One hundred twenty five milimetre) aluminium handle anodized transparent or dyed to required colour and shade with screws etc.complete including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts, and other incidentals.

6mm (Six milimetre) thick cement plaster to ceiling with cement mortar 1:3 (One Cement : Three Sand) including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts, and other incidentals.

15mm cement plaster in single coat on rough side of brick/concrete/stone walls for interior plastering upto floor two level including arrises internal rounded angles chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:6 (1Cement: 6 Sand) including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts, and other incidentals.

Applying Birla white wall care putty over plaster surface after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar drops,dust,loose materials and other foreign matter sand papered smooth to give final matt finishto the surface complete including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts, and other incidentals.

Finishing wall with weather proof exterior grade emulsion of approved design (Apexultima) or its equarlied on undecorated wall surfaces ( Two coats) to give an even shade and final finish after throughly cleaning the surface to remove all dirt, dust and other foreign matter etc. including sand paper smooth complete within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Applying one coat of Acrylic primer (Spectrum or equivalent of Superior quality) on new concrete/masonry/plastred surfaces after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matters, sand papering the surface smooth complete including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts, and other incidentals.

Providing 2nd class Deodar wood work in frames of doors , windows , clearstory, windows and other frames wrought , framed and fixed in position including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts, and other incidentals.

Providng and Fixing 0.60 mm ( zero decimal six zero milimetre) thick prepainted steel sheet (Tata/ Sail make steel) in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RMP) organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating to back coat of polyster of 5 microns over 5 microns primer coating including fixing with preparinted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm dia metre with prepainted limp-et and rubber washers complete with all accesories as required as per the Direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidents.

Providing and fixing ridges or hips 60 cm overall with 0.60mm thick prepainted steel sheets in roofing with hot dipped metalic zinc coated sheets with top coat of regular modified polyster organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating + back coat of polyster of 5 microns over 5 microns primer coating i/c fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts & nuts 6mm dia & prepainted G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete with all accessories as required as per the direction of Engineer in Charges including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidents.

Providing and fixing 75mm dia pipes on wall face PVC (D-Plast) rain water pipes of working pressure not less than 4.5 kg/sqm including filling the joints with approved adhesive complete including carriage of materials within all leads lifts and other incidentals.

Supplying and fixing rolling shutters of approved make made of 80mmx1.25mm(Eighty milimetre into one point two five milimetre) M.S. Laths interlocked together through their entire length and jointed together at the end by end locks mounted on specially designed pipe shafts with brackets side guides and arrangements for inside and outside locking with push pull operation complete but excluding the cost of the top cover and spring Shutters having width 3.5 mtrs. (Three decimal five metre) and above including carriage of materials within all leads lifts and other incidentals.

Steel work welded in built up sections trusses and frame work including cutting hoisting and fixing in position and applying a primer coat of red lead paint In single stanchions composed of rolled steel joists or channels with caps, bases splices, angles brakets etc. (Tata/ Sail make steel). including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts, and other incidentals.
