Earthwork in surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm depth(but exceeding 1.5 m width as well as 10 sq.m on plan) including disposal of excavated earth beyond work site for all leads lift disposed earth to be leveled and neatly dressed in: a) Ordinary soil.

Earthwork in excavation by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sq.m on plan) including disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5m disposed earth to be leveled and neatly dressed including providing barricading, danger lighting guarding as directed in : a) All kinds of soil. a) Above apron.

Earthwork in excavation in all types of strata comprising any of the materials such as soil, silt, sand, clay, gravels, moorum,all varieties of shingles, pebbles, all types conglomerates, laterite rock, soft rock, disintegrated rock, fishured, shattered, decomposed rock or weathered rock and all such other materials as described under appendix to these specifications either in full or in parts as the case may be adopting any approved method or methods as may be convenient or permitted inclusive of chiseling , wedging etc., in all conditions such as dry, moist, saturated, submerged, foul conditions, etc., including pumping and bailing out water and disposing of excavated soil for all leads and all lifts etc., complete as directed by the Engineer in charge. b) Below apron.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of formwork for. a) Foundation, footings, bases for columns and mass concrete.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1 : 2 : 4 ( 1cement : 2coarse sand : 4 graded granitic a basaltic stone aggregate 20mm nominal size ) excluding cost of centering shuttering and finishing in : a) All works upto plinth level.

Providing and laying in position machine batched concrete (BMC), machine mixed and machine vibrated design mix cement concrete of specified grade for reinforced cement concrete work including pumping of concrete to the site of laying but excluding the cost of centering , shuttering, finishing and reinforcement including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing the strength and durability as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. M25 grade of reinforced cement conrete by using 410kg of cement per cu.m. of concrete. All works upto floor V level. Add for providing richer or leaner mixes respectively at all floor levels. i) Providing M-30 grade concrete by using 420kgs of cement per cu.m. of concrete instead of M-25 grade of B.M.C.

Providing and fixing PVC WATER SEAL in construction joints as per design and drawing shall with stand the pressure to the tune of 5.0kg / Cm2 of approved quality and conforming to relevant IS code and shall be of one piece and jointing of small pieces shall be avoided, the normal width shall not be less than 305 mm and thickness shall be between 9.00 to 12.00 mm and shall with stand minimum hydro static pressure of 30 m. of water, including the cost of all materials, labourers, tools and plants required in the operation of above work and including the incidentals involved as per specifications, drawings and directives of Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1 : 2 :4 (1cement : 2coarse sand : 4 graded granitic a basaltic stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) excluding cost of centering and shuttering and finishing in : b) In retaining walls , return walls(any thk) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets etc, upto floor five level.

Supplying, of HDPE pipes at store or site of work including loading, unloading, stacking, transit insurance etc. complete bearing ISI mark &conforming to IS: 4984-1995 & made from PE 100 resin Class IV (10 kg/cm2). Outer dia. in mm. h) 160 mm dia.
